Not satisfied, not worth my money rooms were very dirty no hot water no working TV. I won’t rent there again.

The property was very dirty. We had to switch rooms three times. The first room had Webbs carpet was dirty. The second room. The TV wasn’t working. The front desk was being very rude. The third room had no hot water.

I need more space for pictures! Completely disgusted with the lack of upkeep

The hotel pictures on line are completely false advertisement. Room was nasty, smelled like bug spray, black mold above shower, electrical sockets were filthy and most didn’t work, walls were filthy, box springs on one bed was filthy, the inside door lock was broke off, looked like dead bugs on bed, toilet didn’t flush, tub, shower and water faucet was absolutely disgusting, walls and doors were filthy, water damage in the walls with mold. I asked for a refund was told to send pictures and have yet to hear anything back except no one is available at this time

Staff member that checked me out. She was so sweet! Finding parking was easy too.

Cons:

Pretty much everything. Overpriced, dirty, rundown. Staff member that checked me in was on his phone and didn’t seem to care. Pool was closed and multiple stair treads were broken. Our front door lock also popped off and was hanging on with fishing wire. I would not recommend staying here as I did not feel safe.

Not fancy, clean, quiet, comfy bed, cold A/C. Just wanted a goods night rest while passing through, and we got that....for $80 less than everywhere else.

I just dont think it’s well maintained our room carpet was very dirty and smells. Room furnitures were very dirty, and beds were made but felt dirty. I didn’t have to but I took every sheet and pillow to a close by laundromat to wash and dry, wiped down the room and disinfected it while waiting on the laundry and it made a huge difference.
