I loved the breakfast options. Lots of selection, from waffles, egg and sausage to oatmeal and fruit. It was very hearty and filling
Lower parking fee. It's a bit high. It's as high as a valet fee at a luxury hotel. The hotel is a great value and the parking fee should match. I recommend a daily fee of no more than $25.
Food was good but the facility had a hard time accommodating the number of people. Location is great.
Facility was very crowded for breakfast, one elevator wasn’t always working, some of the furniture was very worn, didn’t provide soaps, etc in bathroom.

Unprofessional service and unresolved deposit refund issue
We had booked two rooms two weeks prior to our stay: one double room for two adults and one room for three adults. However, upon arrival, the hotel provided us with two identical double rooms instead.
When we brought this to their attention, they simply told us they were fully booked and had no other rooms available, suggesting we cancel our reservation and find another hotel ourselves.
To make matters worse, they refused to refund our deposit. I have sent multiple emails to both the hotel management and Booking.com support, but I have received no response from either party. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service.
Breakfast was really nice. I’m glad they have a lot of seating area. The hotel has good location and close to all the riverwalk activities.

O hotel é antigo e as instalações são precárias, muitas coisas quebradas, sujas, sem funcionar e barulhentas. A limpeza do quartos deixa muito a desejar, o carpete tem cheiro ruim, móveis empoeirados, roupas de cama, banho e luminárias manchadas. O ar condicionado estava super sujo de poeira e ferrugem, assim como a banheira do banheiro que estava encardida. As camas estavam com buracos no colchão, travesseiros velhos, duros e com calombos. Havia um barulho de goteira no quarto e a equipe, nada prestativa e preocupada com bom atendimento, disse que nada podia ser feito, que era normal. O hotel tem poucos elevadores e muitos hóspedes- a espera é enorme pelos elevadores. O café da manha é ok, simples, mas muito cheio, desorganizado e áreas bem sujas, além de ser dificil conseguir se sentar. O estacionamento é descoberto e no sol e ainda cobram 36 dólares por diária!!! Atravessando a rua há um estacionamento público por 10 dólares a diária, mas se você pergunta à equipe, eles dizem que não tem opcao nos arredores do hotel. Hotel muito barulhento!

No tienen traductor en español. Tuve un problema con una cargo que me llego a mi tarjeta, despues de mi salida, el cual no reconozco por mas de 10mil pesos.
Sehr geräumige Zimmer, bequeme Betten, Pool mit genügend Liegen, kleiner Shop neben der Reception, sowie Dennys gegenüber (24-7 geöffnet). Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss am Riverwalk welcher sehr schön ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück hat sich angefühlt wie im Krieg. Schade dass es so respektlose Menschen gibt, die sich benehmen wie Schweine und alles stehen lassen, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.
