Hotel was good just avoid heavy holidays !!
Pros:

Breakfast was good but crowded. It was spring break so tons of families.

Cons:

Due to spring break every think took longer due to the mass of people . Was having issues with gate in and out of paring area

Bathtub was clogged up. The floor around the toilet was dirty. There was old crusty food underneath the end table. I know this because I had to move it to find something I dropped.

It was disappointing I loved this hotel but I’ll be looking for something newer.

Location is great! Walking distance to shops and riverwalk. The lobby is good! Price and parking rate are very decent for riverwalk area.

My room was so dirty.
Bathroom was not wiped down.
Bed was not comfortable.
