Pros:

La ubicación del lugar es muy buena y se puede caminar hacia el rio con mucha facilidad.

El cuarto es bonito y espacioso.

Cons:

El precio del hotel es elevado pero aparte tienes que pagar más de 30 usd por noche de estacionamiento (esto viene en la descripción)
Sin embargo, hacen la limpieza del cuarto cada 3 días. Por lo tanto, nunca pasaron a hacer la limpieza los días que nos quedamos (esto no viene en la descripcion).
El cuarto cuenta con un area pequeña de cocina que tiene microondas, cafetera y minirefrigerador, pero no cuenta con platos, cubiertos, ni vasos padecuados para el cafe . Entonces en realidad no puedes preparar ni un sandwich.
No tiene caja de seguridad.
Finalmente, el personal de recepción fue muy descortes, cuando llegue preguntando si sabia español (para que se me facilitara, dijo que sabia algo pero preferia hablar en ingles). empece a hablar en inglés pero siempre fue tajante, cortante, es decir quería deshacerse de uno rapido.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was great.

Cons:

The tv wasn’t in front of the bed so that was a bit inconvenient and the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night so that made it uncomfortable and hard to sleep.

Having to pay like 36.00 dollars per night for parking.
Not a value at all !! Next time I stay at a hotel or book a hotel on Booking.com I’ll make sure it shows whether it’s free parking or not had I known this property charged for parking. I would’ve found another hotel that offered free parking.

Name says Riverwalk and it’s very much not on the Riverwalk. They actually tell you to walk across 2 streets and enter through the Marriott to get to the Riverwalk. Rooms are gross and look nothing as advertised. Parking is mess. There’s no one managing cars that stay parked in the horseshoe. Lobby was hot, room was hot. Furniture broken. We immediately left and booked another hotel.
