Nice hotel — Great Sleep
Pros:

Yes the place is on the older side…..reminds me of the Red Lion Brand in the states.

Check-in was great. Very friendly and helpful counter staff. Found the room spacious. Don’t know what the small room comments are about. I’ve been in smaller.

Bathroom works great. Some decent tv channels to wind down the night.

Did have dinner in their restaurant the first night. We were the only ones there, but service was great.

Breakfast buffet had everything anyone would want. Loved the bacon and hash browns. Plenty of juices.

Hotel services a lot of tour groups.

We found the place very quiet. The wife wants to take the bed home as it was so comfortable.

Average hotel but clean
Pros:

Hotel is older and dated however the rooms were clean and they had fluffy towels!
A solid 3 star hotel
Staff are very helpful
Restaurant is average- basic selections. They did run out of coffee at breakfast and guests were upset as they wouldn’t make another carafe as the restaurant closed in 15 min. If you’re out all day and only sleeping there it will work

Sorry but I will not be staying here again.
Pros:

the beds were very comfortable but air conditioner was very noisy.

Cons:

the bathroom was very poor fittings - paying $260 a night for a shower over the bath and shower curtain!!
Bathroom needs a big overhaul. Also varnish and paint work was very poor.

Clean thanks to cleaning staff but everything else is average
Pros:

The cleaning staff were lovely and the rooms were incredibly clean

Cons:

Receptionist on arrival provided average service at best. Buffet breakfast was average, juices were not replenished only 2 staff members on during a busy time so don't blame them.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent choice and the staff where pleasant.

Cons:

Felt it was a bit tired looking in places, such as the corridor carpets look like they need replacing and the windows need cleaning outside, however it didn't spoil my stay.
