A pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent choice and the staff where pleasant.

Cons:

Felt it was a bit tired looking in places, such as the corridor carpets look like they need replacing and the windows need cleaning outside, however it didn't spoil my stay.

Pros:

The pool was great for kids, that it had some gym equipment, the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The beds were super comfortable

Cons:

The spa pool water was green, there was an alcohol lid left in one of the cabinets near draw, sliding door was squeaky and the TV couldn't connect to phone.

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy when we came in. Air conditioning was good and could control it from our room.

Room service gave us new towels the next day and respected that we didnt want our room serviced.

Cons:

Shower head could be better, pessure of water was very weak.
