El paisaje es muy bonito y placentero aunque parece que vives en un pueblo fantasma.Todo necesita mantenimiento, empezando por el aire acondicionado central.La comida muy bien elaborada pero nada de variedad.Nunca fuí a desayunar. Richard ,en recepción, muy amable. Tenian tendedera en el baño

El wifi,terrible.Parece que tienen poco personal en recepción ,nadie te ayuda con las maletas.No ponen agua en las habitaciones.

Excelent under the circumstances.
Pros:

We stayed in the middle of a Cyclone so the stay is somewhat abnormal. They did a great job with trying to help people, let us stay in a interior room till the room was ready, and the room was mostly water tight during the cyclone (There were two little leaks, but it was an extreme circumstance so can't fault them too much. All in all the staff was wonderful and accommodating and I was very satisfied. Breakfast was good. The property exterior is quite visualy pleasing.

Cons:

The general condition of the rooms for the price leaves a bid to be desired. In other circumstances, I would have been a bit unhappy as the price was quite steep, and the room needs some upkeep (carpets are in need of replacement and the bathrooms need updating).

Overall comfortable stay
Pros:

Flight got cancelled due to cyclone. So quickly booked Novotel for its proximity to the airport. We actually did walk to the airport next day, took about 20mins.
Arrived about 11am but only got keys to our room at 2pm. Understandable. Check in was a bit chaotic, possibly due to cyclone.
Our executive king room was on the corner so there was a big outdoor balcony but didn’t get to enjoy it unfortunately. Room was big. Good size kitchenette area. Bathroom is a little small but still had a bathtub. Comfortable bed.
No complementary bottled water.
Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was friendly.

Good size room. Our executive king room was on a corner so there was a big outdoor balcony. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was better than expected. Close to airport. We actually walked to airport, took about 20mins. Friendly staff.

Facility was a little dated. Still comfortable.

Need professional renovation ASAP.
Pros:

Drinks for the guests at the reception.

Cons:

Rooms need renovation professionally. Rain water coming through the sliders. Smoky smell in the room. Found Hair on the towels. Found coakroach crawling on the mattress. Wasn't very happy with shower over bath. There were not toilet brush. Toilet looked slightly stained. Wasn't worth the price they charged.
