Very disappointing experience at Novotel Nadi. We booked two nights at short notice but found bugs, insects, visible mould and an unpleasant smell in the room. We were travelling with our eight-month-old baby and checked out the following morning because we did not consider the room suitable.
At checkout, staff told us that the unused night would be cancelled and refunded. Despite subsequent follow-ups, the refund has not yet been processed or confirmed.
I am sharing this review based on our experience and hope Novotel Nadi addresses both the room conditions and the outstanding refund without further delay.

The location but learnt later ...... there is Tanoa International across the road another option.
Our booking was totally off from what we were offered. We booked a standard room with 1x Queen & 1 single. On arrival they gave us a King size bed, lounge with a tattered faded, worn out couch. The room looked dirty & tired & a long walk far out at the back of the hotel 3td block they instructed and proudly said its a very spacious room :-(
I returned to Reception and request to get the room we booked also offered to pay extra for an upgrade which was told hotel fully booked
In all in took some changes and we were given 2 options at different blocks.
So in the first place, why put us in a room we never booked??
Note taxi to airport $20 No shuttle transfer.

The room is so outdated. It is not well maintained nor highly functional. Lighting is very poor. Electrical sockets are limited and not well placed. Flooring is old and broken. It is isolated from other facilities outside.
