Weve stayed a few times, friendly front of house. Food average. Breakfast was buffet. Clean and tidy. Kids loved the pool.
No shuttle from nadi airport but a taxi outside the airport cost fj $10.

Cooling unit never worked/cooled to the temp comfortable.

Noice all night someone moving furniture at 1 am until nearly 3 am
We were put at this hotel for the night by Air New Zealand when our flight back to New Zealand was canceled. Honestly this was the most disappointing place we have ever stayed. The room was subpar with spray paint on the tiles to cover up mold and cracking. It had a strong musty smell, the carpet felt like you were walking on a dirty dry ground outside not a room at the novotel. The entire thing was dated and old and needs sorting from the door to the room to the bathroom, balcony, couch, and the air-conditioning was horrible. The bed was old, with a aged mattress and definitely not comfortable at all.
The meals at the restaurant were not nice at all and took so long to come out that we gave up on having anything decent to eat. As they were either stone cold or just mediocre food that looked like no one cared.
The buffet breakfast was a good spread but looked like it had been all set up early in the morning and was not at all appetizing for the cost of it per person. And you couldn't order anything as the menus didn't start until 11am. So it was buffet or nothing.
The only upside was the front desk staff were friendly and concierge staff member who was helpful, cheerful and exudes the fiji happy attitude even though his shift had finished but as he saw all the shuttles coming from the airport he stayed later to help out.
Definitely not somewhere we would stay again under zero circumstances.

They took my money and providing no solutions!
I booked, and paid, due to the change of travel, cancelled my booking bookings, back in September 2025, I emailed, I call, no blood money return it me.
There was another booking with them that I have not made, they did nothing about.
Now Jan 2026, still nothing has been done.
After all this time and international phone call. So sick of them

Great staff and restaurant
Hotel is very run down and rooms are dark and very dated uncomfortable beds and bathrooms were very run down with broken tiles and bad maintenance
The staff where friendly, Louisa at the spa was amazing, beautiful massage and very welcoming
The rooms are old and dim, our air conditioner did not cool the room, it seemed to stop working around 1030pm, too late to request room change, we stayed there to be close to airport for more sleep but spent half the night up with no air circulation and cooling, husband ended up sleeping on the floor to be able to feel air flow. Organised takeaway breakfast, did not recieve it, half the food in room service menu was not available as menu had changed but not been updated. For the price we paid it was far from value for money, if the staff were not so friendly I would have complained.

The Rooms are very outdated and feel dirty. The door safety latch was ripped out of the door frame, and there were shoe prints all over the inside of the door, like someone was kicking the door closed from the inside. Didn't make me feel very safe.

Accommodation also offered a room with king size bed and bathtub in bathroom. Breakfast also provided in room charge.

On first stay our expectations were basically met. Our second stay only undertaken as commitment made to do so when making bookings prior to departure.
