The staff at Novotel Hotel are exceptional
My room's A/C was leaking, but it was resolved.
Airport - preferential to have an airport shuttle
Breakfast - I liked the new omelette station inside the restaurant
I especially like the reception manager Sera, very accommodating and dedicated to the comfort of her customers and she was fresh and smiling again in the morning (my experience when checkin late night before)
Restaurant and room service needs a refresher on customer service!!! Especially the Bula Fiji hospitality
The breakfast in the morning is super delicious and really my favorite. The room is much spacious and very clean as cleaners daily routine to clean it.

Nothing
We stayed at Novotel Nadi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. On our first day, we were walking up the long driveway with our suitcases when a staff member kindly offered to drive us up, which was very thoughtful. They were also excellent at organising taxis and seemed well informed about incoming and outgoing flights, making airport pickups and drop-offs very smooth. The food at the restaurant was delicious—although a bit pricey, which is expected at a tourist hotel. The location was perfect, with a complex of eateries, a supermarket, and an ATM just across the road that we visited often. It’s also a very short drive to the airport and to Martintar, which was very convenient. There is a small gym that we used during our stay, and we appreciated the few Christmas decorations around the hotel that added a nice festive touch.
Unfortunately, the room itself was quite disappointing. It felt quite old and musty, with spider webs in several places and noticeable dust around the bed area. The bathroom was also not ideal and tended to flood frequently. While the bed itself was comfortable to sleep in, the air conditioning was barely working, so the room remained quite hot. The hotel also felt very quiet and somewhat run down during our stay. My expectations may have been a bit higher because I have stayed at many Novotel hotels before, and as a well-known international chain they are usually associated with a high standard. At night, there were also many toads hopping around the grounds—including near the rooms, along the footpaths, and even in the pool. There were also quite a few spiders and lizards around the outside areas at night. Such a shame as the place has so much potential, yet needs a lot more attention.

The room is quiet. I always ask a room with a view to the Sleeping Giant and I always get one. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is well-equipped and breakfast is excellent. The hotel is 25 minutes walking from the village of Namaka with a lot of shops and restaurants. A taxi ride to or from the airport is only ten dollars.
Walking from Namaka to the hotel - up the hill - can be tiring if the humidity is high.

Weve stayed a few times, friendly front of house. Food average. Breakfast was buffet. Clean and tidy. Kids loved the pool.
No shuttle from nadi airport but a taxi outside the airport cost fj $10.
