Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio Near SeaWorld Ingram Park

If it weren't for the roaches, this would have been a great bang for your buck motel stay. There were roaches in our room. Multiple.

Also the couch in the room had holes in it, and stains on the arms like it hadn't been properly cleaned.

I didn't like it because it didn't have no soap no extra blanket, no extra toilet paper either it took awhile before I got anything

My room had roaches in the bed and restroom the ceiling was falling down in the bedroom the place looked like it was abandoned for a while!!! The breakfast was milk and cereal ONLY what kind of breakfast is that???

Absolutely terrible, I asked for a room by the pool and seriously she put me three rooms from the furtherest possible. But the pool was not available, it was chained shut, looked like it has been chained for sometime. The area looked in disarray with large tree branches in the pool area.
The room had a odd smell, and just had that dirty look to it, the restroom looked as it had been repaired by someone looking to save money, the toilet barely flushed and I have my doubts it would have sent a #2 down.
I'm surprised that Wyndham allows it's name to be associated with this place.

Me cambiaron de habitación 4 veces y en ninguna funcionaba el baño, las habitaciones olían demasiado mal terrible olían a orines. No se por qué este tipo de hoteles están en expedía cuando dan este mal servicio, pienso que expedía debería inspeccionar estos hoteles por qué hasta insalubres parecen, palabras de la recepcionista fueron pues es lo que hay por qué aquí es un hotel de paso. Muy decepcionado del servicio y de la locación, terrible mal. Deberían llamar al servio de salud de San Antonio e inspeccionar este hotel.

Unbelievable. There was a CAT trapped under the BED. I don’t know how long it was there. Thank GOD I was there to lift the box spring and mattress to let the animal out to live. I can’t imagine what people would do this to another living creature. Horrifying

Loud music, roaches

The property is extremely run down !!! But the rooms are clean

lot of Roches i don't understand how is still open it needs a remodel maybe make family room and don't rent out to drug dealer sheet were stains

The worst experience, so old, it smells Maury and there were 2 cockroaches

There were small cockroaches in the room and the bathtub was dirty.

Unfortunately our stay with Super 8 was horrible. Our room was infested with ants and roaches, also one of the beds sheets had bloody stains. Also the sink, toilet and shower were clogged. The only thing positive was the staff. They were nice

Their were roaches in rooms, part of the lights didn't work and I didn't receive a handicap room on 1st floor.
The Nighttime desk clerk is very RUDE and Condescending.

At 330p when we got there the room wasn't ready. At 5p they tried to give me a junior suite when we paid for an executive suite, 530p they gave me an executive suite on the 2nd floor, failed to mention the elevator wasn't working. We're both disabled and can't walk all our stuff up the stairs, went back to the office to accept the Jr suite and asked for a partial refund since we paid for the bigger room and the manager said no, cancel the whole reservation. And the pool was dirty and i lost my one key cash i had $30

It was disgusting, now I see why it’s such a cheap price.. had no USB CHARGER OUTLETS, the shower was gross, barley to minimal water pressure and paint chipping off the tub itself , the tub was dirty when we first arrived to the room, the ac broke during the 2nd day their but no one came to look or intend the situation and acted confused Everytime I called and if someone picked up or didn’t leave me on hold for more than 15 minutes , no one ever replaced the towels while we were gone or no matter how many times I called front desk. The room had a funky Oder to it that we could not get rid of completely, and the blow drying didn’t work either. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever gone through while trying to escape from the work in an hotel setting when in reality my stay here did everything but give me any type of peace or relaxation.

Never again will we be staying here again. We have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this place

Location was convenient. But the rooms are run down one room had lots nats they move us to another room that had roaches no trash can,blood stains sheets,rooms smelled. One of the front desk clerk's was very rude.

Hotel was close to everything but hotel it's self was dirty , sheet and bathroom were dirty ...
