Pros:

We were there for the Air Force graduation and location was very convenient

Cons:

We arrived close to midnight and the room was super filthy even the toilet

Grateful for roof over head and to be able to shower. Overall, stay was horrible.

Cons:

It wasn’t clean. Room was dirty staff wasn’t friendly seemed very irritated because the room I requested was given away. He was upset because I was asked to be placed in another room where it was accessible to my vehicle and where the door was visible from the parking lot.

Breakfast was horrible there were not options to choose from. Juice machine was empty, water machine was empty, no fruit, there were a few slices of bread. The waffle irons were on but no waffle mix/batter no utensils.

The service has definitely changed from when I last stayed there 8 yrs ago for work.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I liked the bed.

Cons:

The room was dirty. The floors had sticky spots all over. The shower was crusty. Super tiny bathroom for a king bed room. The toilet was dirty had hair all over it. The bathroom sink looked moldy. The wall in the bathroom had something splatter all over. The blanket in the room had a cigarette burn in it. The TV did not work. It would turn on and then freeze. The microwave smelled like something was rotting in it. The website said hot breakfast was included but there was only waffles and cereal and no milk to be found.

Location, close to Lackland AFB

Cons:

Cleanliness, I move one closer to the wall and was surprised of what I found, a bunch of trash, dead and alive roaches, something spilled on the floor from decades ago, completely nasty, it was already late at night, no time to go to a different hotel, requested another room and it was just a little better.
I was looking for something as close as possible to Lackland Air Force Base and this was it! I guess you get what you pay for, the price was cheap.

I will not suggest it to anyone.
Pros:

Close to base.

Cons:

The room was dirty and the door had been broken the latch didn't even latch. Looked to be kicked in at some point. We stayed a total of 2.5 hours in the room then left. Coffee was like mud and only thing in the morning was waffles.
