I did not stay there. I went into the room and it was nasty and the guy a friend said that he was gonna refund my money

Never again
Cons:

Black mold, extremely dirty floors, bath tub, and stained bed clothes. No fire alarm which is against code, unstable guard rail also major safety hazard. This place is a huge liability and I would never stay again. Unsafe.

It was so awful I would never go back to stay again
Pros:

I didn’t like anything and the guy at the front was rude and lazy

Cons:

the room was dirty door was broken and shower don’t work properly as well as bathroom door broke

This place needs a makeover big time
Pros:

Quiet and check-in was easy. Staff very accommodating

Cons:

Entire facilities and parking lot in serious need of repairs both inside and out. Saw places where wood was rotten. Door doesn’t seal, blow dryer doesn’t work Fence around pool needs repair and gating welds are bad. Parking lot is a mess

The stay was not too bad but I would rather a clearer environment next time.

The room was very untidy; the sheet was full of spots, the place need some good cleaning and dusting.

I was embarrassed that I was the one who booked this stay for my family.

Proximity to my daughter who was graduating at Lackland AFB

Cons:

Appeared very dreary, worn down, dated, no one taking pride in ownership, new paint job needed. We had to request clean bed linen. The sheets looked like somebody dragged the dirty wheels of their suitcase across the bed. At least: Brighten the place up!!! In contrast the location at the medical center where my son stayed looked luxurious!! Glad to have seen that because it was my first time hearing of this hotel chain and if I hadn’t seen his: I would have NEVER booked this hotel chain again-everrrrr…
