Horrific
Pros:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, had bugs, and smelled terrible from the moment we walked in. It was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned or maintained. On top of that, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional when we brought our concerns to their attention. Instead of trying to resolve the issues, they made the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made to both the cleanliness of the rooms and the customer service. They still charger my card I checked in and 3 min later I checked out!

Nothing everything was horrible.
