A very disappointing room experience
Pros:

Staff was accommodating. Location near the freeway so it's convenient. Enough things included with breakfast.

Cons:

The room was very dirty, you couldn't walk two steps without your feet turning black. The swing bar door lock was broken so it didn't work. The minibar inside the room was filled with trash. The bathroom door's lock didn't work. The sink had bugs coming out of it. On our first day the trashcans were not cleaned, only after they were completely full were they cleaned. Overall the room felt very unattended and in need of renovation and left us very disappointed.

OMG!!! I had my ELDERLY MOTHER with a walker and the guy sent me PAST OTHER ROOMS W 2 BEDS AND SWNT MW TO THE FURTHEST ROOM AND IT WAS DISGUSTING!! NASTY SMELL INSIDE, FLOOR TILES BROKEN (SUPER CUT/TRIP HAZARD FOR MY MOTHER, SHOWERROD WAS ON FLOOR, DISGUSTING "ATTEMPT AT REMODEL!) HOW CAN YOU ALLOW YOUR NAME TO BE TRASHED THIS WAY!!?? I ONLY WENT THERE BECAUSE OF THE NAME!! NO WAY WILL I EVER STAY AGAIN...FURTHERMORE...MAKES ME QUESTION THE INTEGRITY AND STANDARDS OF LA QUINTA NOW...SOO DISGUSTED. YOU NEED TO REMOVE YOUR NAME FROM THAT PLACE BEFORE THEY TRASH IT!!!

Cons:

This area was not what I expected! At 7 AM I was awakened by someone banging on the next room door and they were yelling at each other and arguing! The room was falling apart no fire alarm, the bath tub water spout falling off and the outside smells like marijuana and homeless people all over the place nevertheless I will not be back!! Dangerous area!!!!

I liked how they didn’t touch anything I had there when they came to clean and take the trash out.

Cons:

I put the curtains down in a spider crawl out like the size of a pinky and I had to kill it and started looking everywhere just in case there was more tiny animals and it was kinda dusty like they haven’t cleaned the room the bed frame was full of dust I cleaned it out I didn’t wanna complain but wouldn’t go back I left everything clean put everything together and even left a note saying sorry for the mess but barely any mess but wouldn’t go back ever.

It was fine for a one night stay, but still disappointing for what we paid
Pros:

Pool was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room needs lots of maintenance. Faucets separating from the wall, exposed pipes, ceiling and seals need replacing.
