Sonesta ES Suites and Hotels Are The Only Ones For Me
Pros:

I've stayed with Sonesta in San Jose, CA in 2017 for a work trip. It was an amazing hotel and the breakfast was more than we expected. So, it was definitely awesome to find a room at the last minute at there facility. This will be the ONLY hotel I will stay in anywhere I go!

Pros:

Location it was very close to where I needed to be

Cons:

Every time I ask for pillow, I got it back with dirty pillowcase, and one of the sheets that we were in the bag was also dirty. And I guess the manager said for me to put a mucle on my dogs. It’s a dog friendly hotel. I understand they bark, but there was other dogs barking as well but I just didn’t like when he said that comment. Rude!!!!! it took forever for them to refill breakfast.

I won’t be back
Pros:

The front desk staff was amazing.

Cons:

The hallways smell. The bed is very uncomfortable. The rooms are not cleaned well. There was someone else’s hair on my shower wall. The carpet needs to be replaced.

Good price, but needs updating badly, staff could be friendlier.

Room size, breakfast included.

Cons:

Rooms need refreshing. Building smelled of smoke and must. Table in kitchen area was wobbling and falling apart. Breakfast selection was decent, but most hot items were gone and not replaced in a timely manner. Had to ask to have the selection refilled and staff made it feel as if we were bothering them.
