When I checked in the gentleman and LADY (assuming supervisor) SUPER NICE! I had to extend my stay (1) night- the young lady on the phone (terrible) - room is nice - COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER! LOTS OF POTENTIAL!

Interior furniture and rugs a bit stained. If they upgrade the flooring and furniture, would be a 9 I think they’re working on it
The location was perfect for what I needed
The hotel was dirty and rundown. Lots of stains on the carpets and the hallways had a bad smell to them. Even the elevator was dirty. I was there for a week and the laundry room was never cleaned. The garbage was full and there was a mess all over the floor. Also the staff at the counter were not friendly. It felt like I was bothering them when I asked a question or for towels.
People are very friendly. Breakfast is always good.
The rugs, the rugs you can tell I’m not really vacuum because either I will find paper staples although I will find bobby pins and I have a small dog so that was important to me rug, sustain, and never deeply wash
