I was disappointed with the level of service at the front desk. The receptionist was unfriendly, disrespectful unhelpful, and unprofessional leading to a frustrating experience. It did not reflect the high standard of service I expected from your company.

Breakfast has boiled eggs. As a diabetic, it was great to get a protein option. The room was clean. Location was great, since I was just passing through and need a quick place to sleep for the night.

My conversation with another person during breakfast who travels for work he prefers the hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was basic but enough to get the day going. On my return to home I booked this hotel a second time. the location for what I wanted to get done was the exact right location.

This hotel experience was the worst I have ever had, due to staff. Do not stay here!

Cons:

Room smelled like years of cigarette smoke and staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful when I requested a room change, as I booked a non-smoking room. I was told there wasn't one and when I asked if there was a manager I could speak with, I was literally "refused service" and asked to leave. I was forced to find alternate accommodations and the property denied a refund of my money when I went back the next day to speak with a manager. I did nothing wrong to be told to leave for no reason! Do not stay here!

Looks trashy messy and the big blonde woman at the front desk is horribly rude has no manners i don’t know how she has held this customer service job so long that goes to show this property only cares about money not customers happiness
