Clean rooms. Location.

Cons:

I was put in a room next to where there were 3 adults 5 kids a dog and 2 cats. The kids were slamming their door every 5 to 10 minutes. They woke me at 11:30 pm and 7:30 am. I complained and the staff did say something to them, but the constant noise contentued. This morning when I complained afain. The staff told me to leave. I was polite to the staff member and was looking only for an apology. I did not recieve one.

The price and location were good, but we won’t be staying here again.

My daughter and I stayed three nights and I went to the front desk the second day to ask for 2 new bath towels. The attendant said we needed to bring the old ones to exchange. Since we were on our way out, we decided to do it later. The next morning before church I took the towels to the front desk and that person told me the exchange was only after housekeeping had gone home and Sunday morning the front desk did not have towels. They said they would have to send a message to housekeeping for them to bring some by when it was convenient. Housekeeping did come by and cleaned the entire room, but it was after we had already left for church
It’s just a weird and inconvenient policy.

It fit the bill and was the best of the cheaper rates I saw
Pros:

Good bed and nice looking bathroom

Cons:

Breakfast was a little too continental. Need more fruits and bread selections. Toilet seat was loose on the toilet. This happens more often than not at hotels I stay at and is extremely easy to fix. Couch in the room was very dated but otherwise the accommodations were as expected

Very disappointed in this!

Drugie motel, the light switches had nasty residue on then. The bed had hair on it that I had to get off before going to sleep, gross! When I pulled up there were people on drugs falling out in the parking lot. Loud truck parked outside my room all night- no sleep. Biggest thing of all is that you have a dip in your in parking lot that damaged my car underneath had to waist my whole next day in the shop because of this! Awful!!!! Repair your driveway. The night auditor said everyone hits that dip, absolutely unacceptable! With all the money you make on your hotel fix your damn driveway!
