The place to stay in Bujumbura!
Pros:

An oasis in the city! Strong internet, immaculately clean, great location in walking distance to cafes, restaurants & bars, aircon, amazing hot & powerful shower (the best of our trip), friendly team, very nice breakfast, safe & secure. All in all a lovely stay & vibe, we would gladly have stayed much longer.

Cons:

The mosquito net was a little small for 2 tall people in the bed, but you didn't really need it.

Schönes, angenehm grosses Zimmer mit tollem Bad, alles sauber, kleiner Vorplatz zum im Garten draussen sitzen, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, sicherer Parkplatz, Restaurants und Shop in der näheren Umgebung

Great spot to stay in Bujumbura
Pros:

Nice open garden, felt like a sanctuary in the middle of busy Bujumbura. Room had an air con, great breakfast and stable wifi.

Great choice in Bujumbura
Pros:

Modern,
small hotel with well designed rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly to accommodate our needs. Even helped to arrange a money changer.

Superb
Pros:

Very clean and good breakfast. It is a small hotel and rather quiet in the centre of Bujumbura. Clean toilet and nice towels. Flexible check in/out.

Cons:

Internet speed to be improved: one connection is divided for all rooms.

Maybe a small fridge would add a bit.

Pros:

Basic lodge.

Cons:

Very bad communication. They assume something based on their own expectations and requirements, but don’t check with customers and expect customers to follow their rules and expectations. They ask cash, but never inform customers and expect customers to know about it. Very bad communication and irresponsible and immature behaviour.

Pros:

The best shower on our Africa trip. Lots of hot water and good pressure.
Everything just works (which is rare in these parts of Africa).
Some English is spoken, even by the staff.
Friendly manager/owner.

Cons:

The only thing I can come up with is the power comes and goes.

Best hotel ever seen
Pros:

Have a stay there...

Liked · Excellent place for a tour of Kigali.
Located in the business center, there is everything within a mile radius.
The view of the city is splendid and the suites are well spaced.
Staff very welcoming and professional, room service impeccable.
Highly appreciate to all staff mainly phionah,cesard and valens are incomparable.
Anyway, I would stay there again...

Disliked · Everything was spot on, better than I expected.
2000 Hotel is definitely a place to stay.

Modern boutique accommodation with rude owner
Pros:

The design is lovely. The shower is hot and has great pressure. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was generous.

Cons:

The owner was rude and difficult to contact. The wifi was terrible. The staff don’t speak alot of English.
