Horrible
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The staff was horribly rude and made up a lie about me tampering with the smoke detectors, I don’t even smoke! Completely ridiculous because they are using this as an excuse to withhold my refund. I only stayed March 28th 3pm-11pm and checked out when I left, they are saying I am not eligible for a refund for the other nights due to complete lies. I will need to contact a lawyer about this and see how I can move forward as booking.com hasn’t issued me a refund either.

A lot of issues
Pros:

Elevator didn't work and got stuck in it. A lot of dust and noise from renovations. Avoid!!

i wouldn't go back to this location
Pros:

it was a very basic breakfast, but it was always filled and it had many spreads for the bagels

Cons:

when i came in there was hair on my bed sheets meaning it wasn't clean, then they had no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles by the wall i had to ask for some, then my remote control for the tv had no batteries , i had to go to the front desk and ask for more, then the hanger by the door was broken, and i didn't get a ice bucket. to my opinion someone has to check if everything is in order before someone comes in

Nice value, you can tell someone made an effort on things that mattered like a clean room
Pros:

This property gets horrible reviews which I think are a little unfair. It is located practically on the highway so it is noisy but they put in good windows which block the brunt of the noise out. The car was almost in sight of my room and it did not get broken into. The washer and dryer were next to the front desk and elevator so it was safe. The bed and pillows were comfy. You could walk between the bed and the tv without banging your knees. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and appreciated.

Cons:

I was next to the ice machine and I finally figured out that the noise I heard in the middle of the night was someone scraping every ounce of ice out of the machine. There was also a woman who came in last night at 1:05 AM with a loud brassy voice and had sex or was trying to slaughter a pig until 5:30 AM. I know that is not the responsibility of the hotel but I could not sleep a wink.

Staff is untrained, doesn’t care about customers
Pros:

The staff is horrible. I asked to extend my reservation and the night worker said she couldn’t because she was “locked out” of the system because they were getting close to being full. I said I wanted to extend my reservation and she said to wait until the morning to talk to the manager. Expressed concern that it was going to be full. If I waited until the morning, she said it was not a problem. I spoke to the manager at 7 AM the next morning and she said they were sold out and would not extend my reservation. I said your staff advised me to wait to talk to you before extending and now that I followed the advice of your staff, I cannot extend the reservation. She did not care. Very poor attitude.

Easy to get to and comfy bed

Cons:

No clock in room. No coffee maker in room. Coffee down stairs was full of grounds. Lots of renovations going on.

Pros:

The fruit was the only thing we could eat. The coffee was good and maintained all day. Nice there was a microwave

Cons:

Hot water was minimal -- 1 or 2 minutes. Not able to take a shower unless you wanted a cool one

Our room did not have an ice bucket, only one cup for the bathroom, No extra toilet paper.
