Very disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly and our concerns were ignored instead of being resolved properly

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable and unprofessional. Our concerns and requests were neither taken seriously nor properly addressed on-site.

The breakfast service was also very poor. Even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing time, several items were already empty and were not refilled. Instead, we were simply told that breakfast would close in 20 minutes. This is not acceptable service for paying guests.

What made the experience even worse was that one of the hotel employees insulted my wife in French, which was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service and disrespectful behavior we encountered.

Frühstück für besser als erwartet , der Herr wo das Frühstück angerichtet hat war sehr hilfsbereit , über freundlich und hat es immer sehr ordentlich hergerichtet.
