Travelodge would be better
Pros:

Not worth the money at all. If you want luxury, look elsewhere. Dirty damaged and unprofessional. The only upside was the location but if they could mess that up, they probably would.

Excellent stay, would stay here again!
Pros:

Stunning hotel, such a great location. We upgraded our room to river view and it had a fantastic view of the London eye. Well worth it. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly.

The best and most helpful hotel in central London
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast - I kept sampling everything! There were so many options for different tastes, even for
lunch as well as breakfast.

The staff was superb in their helpfulness and willingness to answer every question.

Cons:

All was well.

We had a lovely time, easy access to the Tube and central London locations, classy foyer!
Pros:

Location staff and decor, quiet despite the busy river front situation

Cons:

The room was small and a bit awkward! The views over the Thames inhibited by furniture and positioning of items, wardrobe was small for two people and the shower a bit awkward to work! The lifts were slow and we ended up walking 7 flights after a long wait.

Good stay but could be improved.
Pros:

Quite tired but large rooms for London. The in room iPad and phone did not work and it took 3 trips and 45mins to get a bucket of ice (then a corkscrew) for a bottle of wine. Common areas are a bit tired but rooms are well appointed if not a bit bare.

Cons:

Common areas tired and not kept to a 4* standard.

It was dated, no usb ports in the room. Poor WiFi.
Dark and dingy rooms. None of the lifts worked. We were on the seventh floor. We left and got a refund.
