Clean, nice staff but dated and noisy and too expensive

A think conjoining room door meant I could hear next door very loud and clear. The air conditioning was so loud it stopped me sleeping.

Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi; salamından peynirine her şey var. Lokasyon son derece güzeldi. Her yere ve en sevdiğim restaurantlara yürüyerek gittim diyebilirim. Ayrıca iş toplantısı için gittiğim yerde mekanın dibindeydi.

Cons:

Odamın manzarası yoktu; gerçekten binanın bir duvarına bakıyordu. Ama sanırım uygun fiyatlı aldığım için ben dikkatsizlik yaparak almış olabilirim. Bir de oda temizliğini sadece bir gün yakalayabildim. Odaya giriş yaptığımda minibardaki herşeyin complimentary olduğu söylendi, ama sadece bir cips vardı dolapta. The staff were excellent - which made our stay most enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff were excellent from the meet and greet, to the reception to the waiting staff. First class. The outside terrace was super, and offered great shade on a very hot day. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but the breakfast was also very tasty and lots of choice from the buffet.

Cons:

The room felt a little tired and a lack of attention to maintenance - watermarks on furniture, cracked grouting in bathroom, a wonky TV. The lifts were needing a cosmetic revamp - chipped wood, stained brass - not an ideal introduction - I would say this is an old grand hotel which desperately needs some TLC.

Great location
Pros:

We loved the terrace for late lunch and after meal drinks. Fabulous location. Friendly staff

Cons:

Hotel alarm went off at 5am on Sunday morning. Startled us and Im sure the rest of the guests. Couldnt get back to sleep. I did ask at reception what it was but still waiting for am explanation as the tiredness ruined our day.

الغرفه وااااسعة جدا ، السرير مريح ، الميني بار مجاني ، كل الادوات التي يحتاجها المسافر متوفرة مثل المكوة والشبشب ومحول كهربائي. موظفين الفندق بشوشين ومتعاونين جدا ومرحبيين ..

Cons:

لا توجد ادوات حمام مثل الفرشه اسنان ومعجون وما الى ذلك ، ايضا موظفه الاستقبال كان تعاملها متعالي وجاف وغير ودود.

The attention to detail was not what I would expect from a five-star hotel.

Upon arrival, the room was not properly prepared. The minibar was not stocked, and despite calling reception and speaking with housekeeping, it proved impossible to have it replenished on the first evening. During our two-night stay, I ultimately had to make sure myself that we had drinking water in the room.

At breakfast, staff questioned whether breakfast was included in our booking (it was) and asked me to explain the details of our stay rather than simply checking the reservation system.

Unfortunately, the service issues continued. After finally being able to place an order, it was forgotten altogether, and the explanation given was that the kitchen printer had failed. By that point, the list of service shortcomings seemed never-ending.

Overall, the experience fell well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this calibre.
