I had a lovely river view room that I asked for and had a very pleasant stay there. Will certainly book again.
Pros:

Excellent location. Short walking distance to train stations, the theatres, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and other city attractions. Service from the staff (concierge, reception and breakfast/dining service) was par excellence.

Cons:

The age of the building showed in the tiles, panels and carpet but that was not a major problem given the grandeur architecture.

Sve u svemu apsolutno preporučujemo ovaj hotel i kad ponovno budemo u Londonu bit ćemo u njemu.
Pros:

Hotel je na idealnoj poziciji u Londonu za obilazak kulturno povijesnih znamenitosti, praktički se sve može pješice obići. Hotel je jako lijepo uređen, sobe su za londonske kriterije vrlo komforne. Doručak je bio vrlo kvalitetan i raznolik, s obzirom da smo imali lijepo vrijeme mogli smo uživati na terasi koja je okrenuta prema rijeci Temzi i parku Victoria Embankment.

Cons:

Visoki prozori u sobi bili su zatvoreni duplim vratima koja su bila zaključana. Na vratima su naljepnice da moraju stalno biti zaključana zbog sigurnosnih razloga (na balkonu je relativno niska ograda). Nakon moje intervencije na recepciji da želimo imati svježi zrak u sobi otključali su prozore ali su unutarnja krila bila povezana sajlom. Zrak je mogao ulaziti ali na balkon se nije moglo izaći. Dodatni problem je što u kupaonici nije bilo četke za čišćenje WC-a a četku nismo mogli dobiti niti nakon zahtjeva na recepciji.

Almost perfect. The small niggles were fully addressed with great professionalism by Jorge.
Pros:

Grand, tasteful and spacious. The terrace is a gem in summer time. Staff incredible. So welcoming and accommodating.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly warm and inviting. Yanet in particular arranged a small surprise for my daughter at check-in, and my daughter was excited to go back to reception to say how much she liked the surprise.

Em geral hotel é muito bom, só falta algum cuidado com a manutenção.
Pros:

Voltamos a nos hospedar depois de quase 10 anos, e segue o mesmo padrão. Localização fantástica, café da manhã muito bom, equipe sempre educada e prestativa, quarto amplo.

Cons:

Alguns itens parecem que estão como 10 anos atrás, como o carpete do quarto com marcas e mobiliário descascado. O que mais incomodou foram os elevadores, por dentro estão com aspecto feio, portas com marcas de liquido e acabamento de madeira com diversas marcas de uso, detalhes importantes a serem ajustados em um hotel 5 estrelas. Também retiraram as TVs dos banheiros e substituiram por uma foto aleatória.

Excellent Position and plenty of seating places

Cons:

Patio garden for breakfast etc, was only half useable, and seeing it was great weather, everyone wanted to be outside, they could have prepared more tables.
