Amazing hotel, staff just a shame about the heating. We would stay again but not in that room.
Pros:

Staff were amazing very helpful. Lovely hot water for the bath.

Cons:

The heated towel rail didn’t work and the heating stopped working early evening. I complained to receptionist who said they would fix it but unfortunately they didn’t and the room was very cold. Not very nice to sleep or wake up in a room almost as cold as outside.

Fantastic room, hotel was clean, and luxurious, and in a very central location.
Pros:

On arrival we were upgraded to a wonderful room at no extra cost. Truly lovely room, and complimentary mini bar. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Cons:

I was charged twice 50 pound deposit. Room was very warm and air con didn’t seem to be working, woke up very hot in the night. Windows didn’t open either so felt like I was suffocating

The Horseguard Hotel is the real deal.
Pros:

I will absolutely return to the Horseguard. From the very beginning, the doorman met me at the cab and walked me in with umbrella in tow. The concierge was outstanding, the environment and ambiance perfect. My room was situated very nicely, overlooking London. I will return.

Cons:

I did not like not being able to stay longer.

Great location, looking at the Eye from bed and decent breakfast

Cons:

Rooms and hotel need some renovation. Room was bit too cold having old historic windows and automatically switching off aircon.
