Had to shower with cold water both days 😒…
Pros:

Manager try to help with issues but don’t work out staff forgot to do the things..

Cons:

Room was dirty no hot water the two nights we stayed.. request room to be clean they forgot to do it…

Pros:

The lobby is nice

Cons:

Room 409 had outdated feel to it. The shower tub would not drain properly, water over flowed up to my ancle while showering. I had to wait about 4 minutes for warm water to flow. Once it did, it went room temperature and then cold without notice.

I expected more from the hotel, being that it was a Comfort Inn.
Pros:

Proximity to Levi stadium. The hotel bar was nice.

Cons:

My room was not serviced once. Ran out of coffee and cups. Did not have any for day two.
