People need to be more helpful and attentive to customers that are paying tons of money to stay at hotel.
Pros:

Clean and close to airport.

Cons:

Air conditioner did not go on auto and ran all night. I called the front seat and they were NO help and first attempt to call put me on hold and then hung up me. People at front desk couldn’t be bothered when we checked in and when going down in morning to get shuttle. She couldn’t even lift her head from her phone to answer a question and then shuttle was late because she didn’t call them. Late to airport!

Not a great experience
Cons:

Staff was rude. Not friendly at all. They don't tell you till you get there that you have to pay $36 for parking. Even though when I look now it says parking is $15. They unprofessionally put a parking invoice under my door in the middle of the night two days later. They allow non guests to park there, so you'll end up looking for a spot all night and have to park all the way in the back and walk forever to get to the front entrance. They don't tell you breakfast is another charge. Nothing about the rooms were nice. It was like a cheap motel. There is no free wifi. The staff told me nothing at all about the hotel or where anything was. The only thing they told me was I couldn't use the pool because they rented it out for an event. It's located downtown San Jose, so don't plan on sleeping much.

Agradável
Pros:

Achei o hotel confortável e limpo , as camas muito boas, porém café não vale a pena, e quando fomos pagar havia um monte de taxas extras. Inclusive o estacionamento é pago.
