Cheap but clean stay. Our room was updated but they were doing work on other rooms and their supplies and debris was all over the parking lot pretty sure we got a nail for that

Staff was friendly, charges were different when we got there, we paid $81.00 but they said we only paid $62.00 which put us in a more run down room....WHERE DID THE REST OF MY MONEY GO.....they said it was taxes and fees but there wasn't any. 4 out of the 5 outlets didn't work. They didnt have the ac on so it was stuffy and actually stunk. We were on the 2nd floor and they had no elevator for us to take our luggage in the room. The juice machine in lobby was broken.
We checked in at 2am and checked out at 8am and yes it was cheaper but i would have paid better money for a better hotel.
Never will i stay here or recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Everything has been great, the new rooms renovated were amazing! The only thing is the WiFi don’t work that good but overall everything was great… Thank you for making our check in so smoothly!

In renovation/ no breakfast /dirty room /was informed section of window was missing/ dirty under microwaves / cockroaches /dirty pillow /really dirty floor /old toilets outside /bathroom door damaged / hairs in shower / no bath towel

It was clean. The stay was ok.

It was roaches it had a mold smell it was a broken window

The property was disgusting the pool was Green with trash floating. there were feces on the side of the bed feces in the toilet air conditioner was broken wall was peeling apart and falling apart. The windowsill was dirty and disgusting

First room checked into had roaches and smelled like cigarettes. Second room had roaches but smelled ok.

When I checked in the attendant asked for an additional $25 for a “Good Room”. He then asked for a $50 deposit only excepted in cash. He then directed me to the hotels atm that charge me $6.

I tried to check in and nobody was at the front desk, i waited for almsot 30 mins before someome finally came in and checked me in . Ive stayed there before and the eoom wasnt bad at all but this time it was absolutely disgusting. The walls had paint peeling and the sheetrock was bulging in places , there was a buckle in the bathroom floor that you alsmot fell over jsut to get into the bathroom. The door to the room didnt shut properly nor did the ac work good. The room was also not clean at all , towels were dirty. It literally looked like thw room ahd been flooded at some point and rhey just slapped some paint on it . The molding was even buckling in the room . It was so bad we ended up leaving . No refund was what i was told when i tried to check out and go somewhere else. Extremely unsafe and the front desk clerk was acting strange as well

The man at the front desk was not helpful whatsoever. Said my room that I booked was no longer available and he would have to charge me $80 more for the same room. Went with a single bed and got to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Everything was absolutely filthy, I couldn’t even bring myself to sit down in there. Terrible area and I was so disgusted with the state of the room we didn’t even stay. 0/10 would not recommend anyone have to deal with this.

This room was booked for a work trip. When he got there, the non smoking room smelled like smoke, had cigarette burns, used condom wrappers, and a crack pipe in the room. When he went to the front desk to simply get moved to a different room, they said they'd have to charge him for another room. He refused, especially given the situation.

They said its an older room and they dont really care what happens in those rooms. The guy at the front desk was very rude about it. He ended up having to get another room somewhere else. I just feel like something should be done. They should not be allowed to be a part of the Hotels.com program with these conditions.

The website has pictures of rooms THAT ARE NOT THE ACTUAL ROOMS. The photos are a direct intentional misrepresentation of the actual rooms and overall hotel.

Roaches in my room

It’s my go to place when I’m in town and on a budget.

The property appears to have renovations going on. They were desperately needed in the room we stayed in. The towels and sheets were dirty. We went to Walmart and bought our own. We also bought cleaning supplies, since the room was not too clean. The bathtub was dirty and had rust everywhere. The toilet seat was not attached and would shift every time you sat down.

Should have NOT rented out room in shape the whole place was in,

Cockroaches. That is all I can say.all over.

DID NOT LIKE WE HAD TO MOVE FROM 2ND FLOOR TO 1ST FLOOR DUE TO NO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS WORKED AND THE ROOMS SMELLED LIKE CIGARRETTS AND ROACHES RUNNING ALL AROUND THE ROOM WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN
