It was a great location very well kept
The location is great
Staff was friendly
The room wasn't clean and the door was hard to open
The food was cold and dry. Seems like they are not fresh either. They didn't have too much fruit. They ran out of yogurt and didn't restock.
The fact that one of the owners or workers, was walking with her banana yet they didn't have bananas for the guests.
The shower leaks too much water. Perhaps this is why the room smelled like mildew. Whoever did the beds, did not do a very good job.
I checked in at 430 on Friday and the lady at the front was very rude and not pleasant at all. I’ve stayed at La Quinta 3 times and each time I’ve checked in with her and she’s never been nice.

It was in a good location with easy access. Pretty quiet during the night and morning. AC worked well. The bathroom and floors were clean. Nice room fridge. Breakfast was ok. Good coffee, Texas shaped waffles, orange and apple juice. Friendly staff.
The stairs to the room need repair. The bottom step is wobbly and closer to the top the step was broken with rebar showing.
The railing to aid entry to the pool was also broken so the facilities need repair.
The room smelled strongly of mold, dead bug on the windowsill, some spots on the sheets.

The location
At check in. I was given a room and room card , room cards did not work. The room already had occupants. When I got to the room it had a strange odor, the sink also had a sewage smell. The door to the room didn’t close well. Felt very unsafe. I asked for a late checkout through the online request which was approved and I had them note it at check in. At 11:00 someone tried to come in my room without knocking. Found out it was management. At 11:45 I got a visit from 2 members of management stating they did not show late checkout. When I told her I had requested it. I was told i don’t have a late checkout. I had to tell them to call the desk attendant from the day before to verify. Room floor was dirty. Shower curtain had stain on it

Dirty room, hair everywhere, mold in bathroom and the floor hadn't been washed in years just cleaned with some kind oily Swiffer. I wiped up a water spill from the floor with a paper towel and it came up BLACK!
