We had a wonderful time.
Pros:

It was perfectly located. Great room, great views of Atlanta.

Cons:

It would be nice to have an option to park yourself but if you have to valet park the attendants don’t need to be swarming your car the second you pull up. They were rushing us and when we said we didn’t need help they still wouldn’t leave us alone. They were nice but it was still too much.

Beautiful and spotless property all around, incredibly convenient with a market, bars, and restaurants inside and in walking distance from so much more. Entire staff was always overwhelmingly kind and helpful. I ran into a slight issue with valet, I spoke with Tiffany the front office supervisor, who went above and beyond to make sure the mistake was made right. She was so pleasant to speak with, and carried an amazing attitude and professionalism. After speaking with her and having my issue resolved, I would absolutely come back and recommend Omni. The amazing service alone is worth the stay.

Cons:

Toilet barely flushed, when I turned on shower it backed up the Sink, and I had 0 hot water in the shower. Also my wife and I left and came back to our room door being opened and someone from a conference had stuck medication in the door that had propped it open.

Great service and location
Pros:

Arrived for business and look forward to coming back with family. From arrival to departure - great experience - clean room, access to convention center, staff including Concierge- Mikaila, in room dining, etc. Much to offer around the area. Looking forward to planning another trip.

Noisy and unfriendly
Pros:

The hotel room was very noisy, the windows are old and let all the city noise in. The mom is dated. The services personal seemed to be annoyed by everybody and very slow. Only positive, it is connected to the convention center.

Great hotel great location
Pros:

This location is prime for the convention center. It also has some nice local restaurants nearby or just an Uber away. Our room was very clean and well kept. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel needs some work on customer service...
Pros:

This unfortunately was one of the worst stays I've had at a hotel. It's connected to the Georgia World Congress Center that holds many large scale conferences annually. From waiting several hours to check-in with a chaotic and unorganized process, to terrible service at all the hotel restaurants, sub-par rooms for an Omni Hotel, and just a lack of awareness or care from hotel staff made this a place that I won't stay at again. The hotel acknowledged their poor performance at check-in, and provided a complimentary happy hour for hotel guests attending the conference. However, giving away free booze is not a solution or an apology for a bad experience. There were far better alternative options. The hotel rooms need updating, staff levels increased at bars/restaurants, & training on customer service.

I recently stayed at Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park and had a pleasant overall experience. The highlight of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant selection was nice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel fitness center was nice as well.

Hotel is FANTASTIC but.......
Pros:

Hotel is amazing, Staff amazing, Service from staff amazing....DO NOT GO TO THE NEW SOUTH KITCHEN they are slow as a summertime hound dog looking for a mushroom. They cannot even honor a coupon we had from the hotel for a free ENTREE tried to gasslight us that it was for a starter when the hotel issued card was for an ENTREE....go eat at the sports bar they are far better....I will NEVER eat at New South Kitchen ever again...they dont hold southern values at all.

Better than I expected
Pros:

Experienced, excellent management that filters down to the staff we encounter as guests. Extremely clean environment with happy staff members greeting the guests. The Omni is a good example of a management team that strives for excellence.
