Location was good. Close to the stadium
Building was old and only had 1 working elevator. I also do not like carpet in rooms. Just feels dirty to me.
Bad experience
Very disappointing stay. My wife and I traveled from another state and were hoping to get some much-needed rest. However, at around 8:30 AM, housekeeping began knocking aggressively on our door while yelling, “Housekeeping! Housekeeping!”
Our check-out time was not until 11:00 AM, so waking guests up more than two hours early in such an aggressive manner was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The loud knocking and repeated yelling disturbed our sleep and made us feel uncomfortable.
I addressed this matter with the manager, Stephanie, who apologized for the incident and assured me that she would speak with the housekeeping team to prevent this from happening to other guests in the future. While I appreciated her apology and professionalism, the experience had already negatively impacted our stay.
Guests deserve privacy, respect, and the opportunity to rest during their stay. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression and affected our overall experience at the hotel.

Minor, but breakfast order accidentally got sent to the wrong room.
The breakfast buffet seemed to be the same things everyday. The location was excellent for attending World Cup 2026 in Atlanta and was not expensive when I booked it.
The bathroom was a bit dated.
Great location and room was great.
Valet service was disappointing. Arrived at around 8pm. Paid $70 for valet parking. This lasted till 2pm the next day. The hotel knew most people would be there for the World Cup match and it ends at 2pm. They charged an extra $70 as soon as the clock struck 2:01 pm. Very opportunistic... they could have been more people centered... but I guess it's all about the money. Probably will not go there again.

An excellent location in the city center for the World Cup activities, which were the reason for our visit.
It was great right in the middle of everything walking distance to all the major events
I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t a microwave in the hotel. You’re paying all this money and it’s no place for you to warm up your food in a king room. And the floors was hot it’s like as soon as you step out the elevator a heat wave hit you
