Kept getting charges on my card for no reason and all I kept getting was excuses. I called to clarify all the charges and they kept telling me that they didn’t understand why I was being charged got charged $250 and $290 for absolutely no reason at all.

Good experience! Will likely consider staying again for future events at Mercedes Benz
Pros:

Very clean, nice large facility in a great location (very close to Mercedes Benz Stadium where we had a nighttime event).

Cons:

Parking is valet only for an additional $60 per night (on an already expensive reservation) and they wouldn’t accommodate early check in without an additional $125 fee. For the amount we paid, parking should have been included and it would have been reasonable to let us in the room a couple hours early

Great stay in a comfortable hotel at a central location.
Pros:

Great hotel in a central location. Perfect to reach all attractions downtown and just 30min away from the airport.

Cons:

The room view to the inside of the hotel was a bit boring and we kept our curtains closed most of the time for privacy.
