Walking distance to a lot of activities, restaurants, and walking distance to State Farm arena
There was nothing I didn’t like
The view was great, the room was comfortable with enough space to move around comfortably.
There was a lot of construction happening all around the property. The only way into the facility was to go through the valet entrance as everything else was blocked off or locked.
Clean rooms, we loved having access to the bar and concessions area. Beds were comfortable.
We stayed here as we were attending the Lady Gaga concert at State Farm Arena (located next door to the hotel). The selling point for us was that the hotel had its own personal crosswalk/tunnel for you to get straight from the hotel to the arena without having to even walk the streets, which for two women visiting Atlanta for the first time, was important to us for safety reasons. We checked in, and were told the crosswalk was under renovations, and we would have to walk to the venue. This was not advertised prior to our stay, so this was very disappointing, especially for the price we paid to stay here.
Perfect place to stay very clean and all the staff very friendly.
Valet parking price is little bit higher than other places.
The bed was comfortable that was it. The free drink was good. I did go down to check to see about extra hour since check out was at 11 so I was granted that hour thank you.
It was a lot of communication, valet could not find my car key at first. Check in was long. No microwave in room. No city view as pictures show. Breakfast was horrible. For the price I paid was not worth it. I have stayed in a cheaper hotel in Atlanta,Georgia and food, communication, parking etc wonderful. Feel like I was in a school with no city view.
Stayed here for a soccer match at Mercedes-Benz stadium, which was easy walking distance. The hotel is very clean, several food / beverage options, room was comfortable and well-appointed. The real standout here is the staff: every individual we interacted with from the front desk to the bellman to the valet was friendly and helpful.
Location
Expensive car park
Clean, great location and helpful staff
Cost of valet
Location was super convenient for attending event at State Farm Arena! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Sliced view of the city.
Surprisingly, I could hear noise from room above and next door (baby crying, items being dropped on floor, plumbing). The main elevator for the north tower is tucked away and could be better labeled. For the price, I felt breakfast should be included.
Review of Omni Hotel at Centennial Park – Stay April 3–5, 2026 (Room 907)
I recently stayed at the Omni Hotel at Centennial Park from April 3–5, 2026, and while the property is well-located, my overall experience did not meet expectations—particularly given my reservation for a deluxe suite.
Upon arrival, I was assigned a handicap-accessible room rather than the deluxe suite I had reserved. While I understand and appreciate the importance of accessible accommodations, this room did not align with my booking or the functional needs of my stay.
The room lacked several basic furnishings and amenities expected at this level. There was no dresser—only two nightstands—and no table and chairs, making it impractical to enjoy in-room dining such as breakfast. Additionally, there was no desk, which significantly limited my ability to conduct business correspondence.
The bathroom setup also presented challenges. There were no towel racks or hooks available for hanging towels—only handicap handrails—and no cups were provided. Additionally, the bathroom door would not properly latch or lock, which is a significant privacy concern.
There were also several maintenance issues in the room. The floor lamp switch was inoperable, requiring it to be plugged and unplugged to function, and the left-side nightstand had no power, making it difficult to charge devices overnight.
Prior to arrival, I received a call from the concierge offering two extra pillows and two juices as a complimentary gesture for being a Select Guest member; however, these items were never delivered.
At 5:00 PM on the day of check-in, I visited the front desk and requested to speak with the night manager. I presented these concerns in person, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up or resolution provided during the remainder of my stay.
In addition, the overall appearance of the hotel felt dated and in need of a refresh, which further impacted the overall impression of the property.
I offer this feedback respectfully and with the hope that it is helpful. The Omni brand is known for quality and service, which is why this experience was disappointing. With improved attention to room assignment accuracy, maintenance, and guest follow-through—as well as updates to the property—I am confident future stays could better reflect the high standards the hotel strives to uphold.
We chose to stay at the Omni because comfort and convenience were our top priorities. When booking online, we were given two room options: a double room and a king room. At the time, the king room was more than $150 less per night, yet we still chose to pay more for the double room because it better suited our needs.
At check-in, we were told that no double rooms were available and that we had been assigned a king room instead, along with a rollaway bed and a “better view.” This was presented as an upgrade, but there was no apology and no mention of any price adjustment, even though we were no longer receiving the room type we had specifically paid for.
It was only after I pointed out the significant online price difference that the employee stepped away for a while and then returned, offering a $50 per night discount. After a long day of travel and a late arrival, we were too exhausted to continue pushing the issue, so we accepted it.
Had we simply booked the king room online in the first place, we could have saved hundreds of dollars. What was most disappointing was not just the room change, but the lack of empathy and accountability from the staff. That made the experience especially frustrating.
Very clean and great location
Nothing was not to be liked

Close to GWCC
The table in our room was dirty. I let them know. They said they would send someone up to clean it. Came back to the room still dirty. Couldn’t sleep well bc our room was on the train track side.
An exceptional stay from beginning to end. Tiffany provided a flawless check-in experience, thoughtfully arranging a stunning view and ideal proximity to our volleyball tournament, making our trip seamless and stress-free.
The level of hospitality from the entire guest services team was outstanding—attentive, flexible, and genuinely welcoming. The wine and cheese tray was a refined touch that elevated our stay even further.
A truly elevated experience defined by care, detail, and excellence. We look forward to returning.
