Everything was great
The bed was too hard hurt my back
The location and the room as always is comfortable as well as the dine in room service.
The amenities.
Front desk and restaurant staff were great. Very helpful and welcoming.
We were in room 301- my friend slept against the wall and bumped into the picture several times overnight. I would just suggest moving that pic that is right over the bed. Otherwise the room was great
The staff was so welcoming and when we checked in they gave us each a wonderful chocolate chip cookie. Yum! The room was also very nice and it was very quiet and peaceful on the 7th floor. We had a beautiful view of the city.
The mattress and pillows were very lumpy. It was dark when we arrived and didn't know where to park. Signage for that might help.
The service was friendly and courteous and the hotel itself was excellent. The food at the restaurant was amazing. My wife and I were there for a week on business and we ate at the restaurant each day and I must say, every single meal was above and beyond what we expected.
The beds were too firm. We didn't sleep well due to this issue.
