Pros:

My family and I never received a room, but had our money taken off my card at the Double Tree Hilton in Canton at their front desk. Very rude people, couldn't help me with a room nor my money back. So I will never reserve a room here ever again.

Cons:

I wished the people could've been more understanding that me, along with my family had just came into town and had no where to stay because of Double Tree by Hilton in Canton

Cons:

Bedbsheets on one bed we're ripped. Parking was free only if you found street parking ... no dedicated lot.

Cons:

They got us a room and the thermostat was broken, at first they just want us to use a space heater, we did not agree so they finally moved us to a different room. What a solution!!!
