Loved exploring Toledo and the Stranahan for A BEAUTIFUL NOISE, but will not ever book a room Marrio
Pros:

The breakfast and coffee was delicious. We had to hunt down someone/anyone to seat us after 5 minutes of standing there waiting. More people arrived and had to experience the same.

Cons:

Our room was on the 5th floor and at the complete end of the hall. The furthest from everything. It was not a full hotel. Never Saw anyone on our floor for our 3 day stay. I went to the front desk to inquire about why my room was not cleaned and re-stocked of towels, glassware, coffee pods and coffee cups, as well as the teas. I was told BY THE FRONT DESK MANAGER that they are short staffed and they didn't get to my room. They would gladly supply me with sheets and towels and I could redo the bed. WHAT?!?! I'm in a MARRIOTT and management wants ME to change my own sheets (the woman in housekeeping had physical restrictions to keep her from doing it).

I realized how poorly run this hotel was, so I accepted a breakfast voucher.

Pros:

Extremely helpful staff and lovely facilities. The gym was great and the conjoined rooms worked perfectly for our large family.

Cons:

The service at the restaurant was terrible-slow and unfriendly. They also advertised that kids eat free on Mondays then did not honor that deal. The food was good though.
