Went to a concert at the nearby zoo. Everything was perfect - I even got to see SugarRay staying at the same hotel!

Pleasant enough and in the area where we spent most of our time.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the TV was easy to use. The hotel was quiet and the staff especially the bartender was very helpful with directions and places to visit during our stay, There was plenty of parking. The hotel was close to the University of Toledo where we attended the Italian Bowl Game.

Cons:

The room was very damp and humid feeling, so much so that the laminate flooring was sticky and the carpet felt dampish.
The AC fan was rather loud. The toliet very seldom filled on its own. We had to lift the lid and manually pull the filling lever.

I Really enjoyed the pool access and the workout area — both were well-maintained and added a lot to my stay. The showers were clean and refreshing, and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest

Cons:

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel. After requesting room service, I returned to find that some of the food I had left in the refrigerator was missing.

While the item itself may not have been of high monetary value, the breach of trust was significant. As a guest, I expect a level of professionalism and respect for my personal belongings. Unfortunately, in this case, that trust was compromised.

I hope you take this matter seriously and look into it appropriately. I would also appreciate it if you could inform me of any steps the hotel will take to prevent similar situations in the future. Room 230 wed
