Cortez is Phenomenal!!!
Pros:

Cortez is a stellar employee! I was so impressed with his high level of customer service. He is someone that should be promoted to manager. He has all of the qualities of a manager and made me feel very welcomed! He is certainly attuned to the needs of customers.

Good hotel, breakfast service was uncomfortable, pool was warm, bed made my whole body hurt. Very back and forth in term
Pros:

I really enjoyed the overall decor and style, very modern and clearly taken care of.

Cons:

The door to our room did little to nothing in terms of blocking light around the frame, and it was extremely noisy all night long.

I would definitely go back!
Pros:

It was a really nice hotel clean it’s hidden but not the staff were all really great ass well! Quiet rooms, really comfortable beds.id say a good value for the price!

Cons:

Couple little thins the phone didn’t work the tv didn’t work at first but they had maintenance right there to fix it & he was really great. The shower was stuck on the bathtub so I couldn’t shower was worried I was going to break it but it was too late at that point so I never mentioned it.

Horrible !
Pros:

Absolutely disgusting service ! Booed for a month and they didn’t want to give me toilet paper ! There is no washers onsite , rooms have no microwaves ! There is only one microwave for the whole hotel to use on the first floor. The people who come to this hotel are very loud and nasty! The front desk was super unprofessional and had a constant attitude! Save your money and go elsewhere unless you’re okay with staying at a zoo

the hotel, staff, and services were wonderful.

Cons:

there was a night that we ordered food through a food delivery app and had it sent to our room, and even after paying for the food through the app, the hotel charged us the value of the food order in question, even though the food was from a major chain and not from the in-hotel resteraunt, as if was from their kitchen,. if i had known we'd esntaily be dubble charged, i would have just ordered from the in-hotel resteraunt rather than order out. i understand that could be seen as an extra charge to deliver outside food directly to the room, i just wish that was mabye made a bit more clear before that happened

I believe they should offer different types of creamer for the coffee. They didnt have a iron available to use.
