Extremely disappointed

The hallways were covered in clumps of dirt and mud. We checked in, got our luggage and when we walked in our room
It had a foul smell and it had never been cleaned from previous occupants. Bed was unmade and dirty, dirty towels on bathroom floor and the bathroom was dirty. Absolutely disgusting! I immediately went to front desk and demanded a refund and left. Went to another hotel.
