We will not stay there again. We even left early in the morning because I didn’t sleep very well.

I liked the location and the free breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel rooms are outdated, while the lobby was renovated. The bathroom was extremely small, the floors were buckling it certain places, and the television didn’t pick up all channels. The elevator was old and needs a makeover as well. I didn’t feel safe in our room and didn’t sleep well.

Cons:

It was dirty and smelled like Marijuana. We only had half a roll of toilet paper, and no hair dryer. Previous guests hair left all over the bathroom. Dirt marks on the sheets. Just overall not good.

Poor cleanliness, inadequate housekeeping, noisy AC, unpleasant odors, and breakfast is not fresh

Unfortunately, there was very little that we liked about our stay.

Cons:

The hotel was not clean and had an unpleasant smell throughout, including inside our room. The AC unit was also extremely noisy, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Housekeeping was a major issue. We were told that rooms are cleaned only every three days. When I saw a housekeeper cleaning the room next to ours, I asked if she could clean our room, but she refused because it was not on her list. I then asked her for clean towels, and she refused that as well.

I went to the front desk to request cleaning and towels. The employee acted as though my request was unreasonable and initially wanted to give me only three towels, even though four people were staying in the room. I had to insist on receiving four.

The day before checkout, someone from housekeeping entered our room while we were away, but instead of cleaning it, they only appeared to arrange one of the bed covers. The bathroom and the rest of the room were left untouched.

Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was very limited, and the food did not appear fresh. Boiled eggs were stored in a small refrigerator and looked like they had been there for a very long time. The toast was beginning to show signs of mold, and the bagels were stale. When I asked for a fresh bagel, I was surprised to be told that the ones available were “only two days old.”

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the level of cleanliness, service, and food quality I would expect from a hotel.

We couldn't understand the Front Desk clerk or Greeter at check in. Shower had mildew (Rm. 339). Floor tile in room has chips out of it and was uneven.
