The door wouldn’t security lock, the air conditioner had a disturbing rattle all the time, run down…needs some updating

Decent, quiet place.
Pros:

This is an average hotel, a bit older. Room was clean, A/C worked well, bed was comfy. No pool, no restaurant, no USB outlets in room so pack your bricks. Breakfast was extensive, only suggestion is that biscuits are supposed to be golden brown, not white. Convenient to shopping and I-5. Most staff were friendly and professional. Cross all your T's and dot all your I's to avoid unexpected charges.

Excellent staff.
Pros:

Hotel gets a 3 as our room had a loud noise all night as we were next to the mechanical room. Staff get 5 stars as they were very helpful. They were very busy and helped with parking and were also able to talk with GM and get our stay comped. They were very professional and helpful. Hotel was clean and breakfast basic but well stocked and maintained.

Excellent FD Staff.
Pros:

They get FIVE STARS on the staff professionalism and helpfulness. Our room had a very loud constant noise from the mechanical room which lasted all night. As the hotel was sold out they could not move us. They worked the next day to get our stay comped and also helped with the parking situation the night of our stay. Hotel was clean, breakfast basic stuff but well stocked and maintained.

Safe and Clean
Pros:

Not as nice as other HIE we've stayed at. Older, but remodeled. Linens are nice. Paper products are pretty thin and rough. Large variety at breakfast. Huge miss with the coffee grinder/maker in the breakfast room. Each cup took a couple of minutes to brew and the line was very long! Just get a 30 cup percolator and we'll all be happy!

I was at the 3rd floor & I hear every time when someone is walking in 4th floor, I wish the pool is not sharing in the Western hotel,
