The room smelled musty, the carpets were old. Bed was hard

This room was filthy, mold growing on the carpet and up the side of the dresser. The air conditioner also had a molded smell pumping out of it. The hallway of our room smelled so horribly of marijuana that it nauseated us. The window to outside was facing a Pilot gas station sign and the curtains could not be closed, so the bright green and red lights were blaring into our room all night long.

Gross. Pool was cold. Towels were dirty. Smells like mold. Floor looked like a dog ripped it up.

The smell and the additude of the staff.

It was very run down and it was smelly like a wet dog. I paid $1000.00 for 2 rooms for 1 night . I called and email you and the hotel about this and no help at all. We were there for a wedding and were told we would get a discount. But we did not get a discount because we booked through you . We travel a lot and I have never paid this much for such a run down place, and had such bad service. I was not nasty to anyone, and I am not one to wright bad reviews. This has made me mad. Others from the wedding has same issues.

We were disappointed with our stay and did not feel the hotel was worth the price we paid. The bathtub faucet had clearly been repaired and was extremely difficult to turn on. There was also mold growing beneath the seam around the tub, which was concerning.
Breakfast was another major disappointment. Although there were quite a few guests eating, most of the food had run out, with only waffles consistently available. No staff members were present to restock items or clean the area, leaving the breakfast service poorly maintained.
Overall, the room and amenities did not meet our expectations, and we expected much better for the price.

The parking lot was in ruff shape, my TV and lights did not work on one wall, the bathroom sink was leaking, someone property was in the closet, dirty rooms and poor condition.

The room wasn’t the best maintained I have seen and the carpet had that sticky feel of carpets that are old and have been cleaned with harsh chemicals too many times.

The pool was closed i specifically went there to swim was the only reason I chose that place

Staff could be more welcoming and perhaps smile and be glad we're here

The pillows were a little uncomfortable

It needs some updating
Carpet needs replaced
Bathroom needs some work and cleaning

Dirty smelled like smoke

Dirty and requested a non-smoking room and the entire place smelled like smoke
