Good location
The room had a strange not good smell location great staff some what friendly.

Nothing! Hotel was loud...has no pool..and the staff were completely useless

We stayed here last year and it was Best Western Louisville South. It's now transitioning to city express Louisville Shepherdsville. Since it's in conversion the current Best Western Staff does not seem to care about it. Room 315 was infested with ants they moved us to room 303 which had a dead bee bug and still some live ants. Water was off for a whole 1st morning. Morning of checkout no hot water at all. Transitional manager Amanda was supposed to call me back and hopefully refund us for this buggy stay. Has not happened. Used to be a solid Best Western but as it transitions to City Express by Marriott not so good
Breakfast was good. I liked the special coffee machinge.
Everything was great other then the receptionist.
Your receptionist gave out personal information to random stranger, and I was not to thrilled about someone beating on my room door at 4 in the morning.

Property was clean, conveniently centered around restaurants, gas stations, and major highway. Courteous customer service, and good breakfast included in price of reservations.
The only thing I didn’t like was receiving only one room key. However, it isn’t a dealbreaker. I love staying at this hotel.
