Love this hotel, rooms are spacious, breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Cons:

We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always loved our visits, but our recent stay was a bit disappointing regarding housekeeping. The cleaning service was not up to the usual high standards we are used to here. During our three-night stay, we noticed a persistent, unpleasant odor after the room was cleaned. Additionally, trash was left in the bathroom, dirty coffee cups were not cleared or replaced, a dirty towel was left on the floor, and the shower soap was never refilled even though it was empty before we could even use it. We love this hotel and hope management can address these housekeeping issues so it returns to the quality we’ve always enjoyed.

Super lokalita, ubytování čisté a moderní, personál ochotný. Doporučujeme.
Pros:

Ubytování pěkné a čisté, Bylo nám vyhověno ohledně požadavku mít dva pokoje na stejném patře a vedle sebe. Personál (jak na recepci tak v restauraci) milý a ochotný. Snídaně vynikající. Lokalita super. Hotel se nachází blízko metra / městské hromadné dopravy. Podzemní parkoviště přímo pod hotelem. Doporučujeme.

Cons:

Jedinou malou výtku bychom měli k faktu, že klimatizace v jednom ze dvou našich pokojů byla poměrně hlasitá (a hluk nezmizel ani když jsme klimatizaci zcela vypnuli). Což byla viditelně chyba, protože ve druhém (úplně stejném) pokoji tento problém nebyl.
