The property is very nice and well positioned for tourists. It is pretty close to many of the landmarks and museums, and even to the most famous clubs.

Perfekte Location für einen Städtetrip Berlin Mitte

Personal professionell und sehr freundlich.
Restaurant:
Sehr lecker und wo kommt der Koch persönlich, um die Bestellung aufzunehmen.

A beautiful hotel with an exceptional breakfast and staff.
Pros:

I had quite a few problems when I arrived. These were so well dealt with the following day by the duty manager I am not going to list them here. Every effort to rectify these slip ups and a room upgrade were sincerely appreciated.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Cathedral room view very good. Perhaps the best breakfast and staff I have ever experienced.

Cons:

The hotel bar staff do not compare to the breakfast staff. You can wait a long time before getting served and they spend far too much time standing around talking to each other-at least during our 8 night stay.

Die Rezeption flusiges unzuverlässig arbeiten,das macht die Freundlichkeit auch nicht wieder weg.
Zimmer nicht fertig und nach einer 1,5 Stunde warten immer noch nicht und dann erst ein anderes bekommen was dann keine ruhige Lage hatte.

Traurig aber war

Die Lage...

Wir hatten vom 19.02. bis zum 21.02.2026 gebucht und mussten bei unserer Anreise feststellen, dass
die Suit in einem schlechten technischen Zustand war, Schränke gingen nicht auf, Verkleidungen im WC waren lose. Ein Ascher mit Kippen fanden wir auf dem Balkon, Sand und Schlieren auf dem Boden und überall Fingerabdrücke, welche schon über Wochen nicht beseitigt wurden. Auch die Bettwäsche war verfleckt, einfach unterirdisch.
Zuhause angekommen, kurzer Blick auf Kreditkartenabrechnung, stellten wir fest, dass uns das Hotel ca. 2000 € zuviel von der Kreditkarte abgebucht hat, auch auf die versprochene E-Mail - Versendung unserer Rechnung warten wir bis heute.
Nach 4 Wochen ist dieses Hotel nicht in der Lage verbindliche Anworten und Klärungen herbeizuführen. Im Impressum ist die die Geschäftsleitung über eine E-Mail nicht nicht erreichbar. Ein Schelm, wer dabei Böses denkt.
Schade um die vertane Zeit und Mühe, wir warten immer noch auf die Rückerstattung.
Die Lage ist super, aber das Management wohl in sich selbst verliebt, so dass wohl keine Zeit für das Anliegen der Gäste bleibt. Dieses Hotel können wir leider nicht empfehlen.
