It is a fantastic hotel located right in the middle, by the river Spree.
Great facilities (pool/SPA, parking, bar, breakfast). Stayed there a handfull of times now and everytime their water Hatem does the most outstanding service I have ever experienced (80-100 hotel stays a year the last 15 years!).
I almost never do reviews. But this time I really need to recognize this particular fantastic person/employee!!!

The location and the breakfast
Staff is unfriendly, there were dust in the rooms and some sort of paper in the pool

Excelente estadia em Berlim. O hotel realmente entrega uma experiência compatível com um cinco estrelas. Desde o check-in até o check-out fomos muito bem atendidos pela recepção, com equipe cordial e eficiente (destaque para o Rafael)
O quarto era excelente, novo, bom tamanho, extremamente limpo e com todas as amenidades necessárias. Tinha uma vista linda para o rio, o que deixou a experiência ainda mais especial. O hotel possui um ambiente muito agradável, moderno e confortável, além de contar com restaurante e bar no local. O elevador panorâmico traz um toque especial pro ambiente do hotel.
O café da manhã foi um destaque da hospedagem. Ambiente agradável, atendimento ótimo, excelente variedade e pratos muito saborosos. Os ovos beneditinos do menu estavam excepcionais.
A localização também é excelente: central, prática para explorar Berlim, e com diversos bares e restaurantes logo na parte térrea e ao redor do hotel.
O único ponto que sugeriria uma melhoria é para o atendimento noturno do bar do hotel. Sentamos na mesa e não fomos atendidos. Tinha somente um garçom servindo as mesas e acredito que foi insuficiente para a quantidade de pessoas nas mesas. Ainda assim, isso não comprometeu em absolutamente nada a experiência geral.

- talerzyk po powitalnej czekoladce leżał w pokoju 3 dni (pobyt 7dni)
- pokój nie był sprzątany, podłoga była brudna
- dziurawe ręczniki
- mydło uzupełniane dopiero po telefonie do pracowników
- papier toaletowy musiałam przynosić do pokoju sama
- nikt nie dba o przestrzeń spa - leżą na podłodze brudne ręczniki, ogryzki po owocach na sprzęcie sportowym
- zabiegi spa odbywają się na 6 piętrze, w zamkniętym pokoju. Brak poczucia bezpieczeństwa, jest się absolutnie sam na sam z masażystą (strefa wellness jest na -1)
Należy uważam na szafki w spa - mają rozładowane baterie w zamkach, musiałam czekać na ochronę, żeby odzyskać rzeczy
I booked twin room but got double room, even I have already texted to the hotel immediately when I booked. I contacted reception staff they said they were fully occupied and cannot provide the beds but when I insisted they can arrange. The manager or staff in charge acted irritating and walked away at the begging so rude. Understand that this request is subject to availability but they should at least really try. Manner should also be improved. If you have special request, do not risk staying there.

Im Restaurant und beim Frühstück wird man mit Musik zugedröhnt; es ist vor allem am Morgen unerträglich.
The room was delicate, clean, comfortable, quiet and we had a very nice view to the river. The hotel is centrally located.
