I left one of my belongings at the hotel, and I have been waiting for a response for almost a month. Despite multiple follow-ups, the housekeeping team has still not properly checked or provided any clear update.

It is very disappointing to see such a lack of care and responsibility. Hotels should never ignore their customers’ needs and sensitivities, especially in a situation like this. A lost item matter should be handled with much more attention and professionalism.

Because of this poor experience and the lack of proper communication, I am giving this rating.

Просторный номер. Удобная кровать. Разнобразный и вкусный завтрак. Были круассаны без лактозы! Центральный бар -место притяжения. Красиво и вкусная еда. Зона спа.

Cons:

Брали номер больше, хотели душ. Но была ванна. На стадии бронирования не очень понятно различие номеров. Спа отличное, но много людей.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very central part of Berlin very easy to get around. The staff were amazing and so kind. Rooms are lovely and big and a spotless clean.

Cons:

Only thing is that the rooms are quit warm

Not the same service that I am used too from the Radisson hotel in Asia. But it was okay…
