Lage ist sehr gut! Es gibt täglich 1 Flasche Mineralwasser still.

Cons:

Es war nicht möglich, weder an Rezeption noch auf der Etage, das stille Mineralwasser gegen eines mit Kohlensäure umzutauschen - das ist schwach! Mineralwasser sprudelnd zu kaufen schlägt mit 7-9€ zu Buche - das ist extrem teuer!

Kein Kleiderschrank, nur offene Regale, die schlecht beleuchtet im Schatten liegen. Man muss tasten, ob sie leer sind...

Kühlschrank der Minibar war nicht bestückt.

Pros:

Das Zimner lag zur Straße und war s e h r laut.
Einige der Bartender waren nur marginal höflich. 20 Minuten auf ein kleines Bier warten zu müssen ist nicht akzeptabel, wir sind dann gegangen.
Ich weiss nicht woher das Reinigungspersonal kommt, aber benutzte Nespressokapseln als u ngenutzt zurückzulegen ist komplett daneben.

Estadia que uniu conforte com um atendimento acolhedor.
Pros:

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia. Destaco a localização central do hotel, com acesso fácil à rede de transporte e a proximidade a pé de várias atrações turísticas. Outro ponto positivo é o conforto dos quartos e o atendimento excelente dos funcionários. Amei a área do spa também, com excelente piscina climatizada e ducha para relaxar após um dia de caminhada.
