Die Lage war super, man kam sofort überall hin. Parken war kein Problem. Taxis vor der Tür. Alles auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen

The hotel is very beautiful
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful: spacious room equipped with all comforts; the availability of two bottles of water per day is definitely a plus. However, I would like to focus especially on the staff, who, in my opinion, made the real difference. Unfortunately, my wife felt unwell and we had to call a doctor: we found the manager, Tony, to be an exceptional person, full of humanity, always available, and present every time I reached out to him. He always listened and helped me, even giving me his personal number so I could contact him. His colleague at reception, Rafael, also went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed. We experienced a level of cooperation and customer care that exceeded all expectations. I believe the real difference between a good hotel and an excellent one lies with the people who work there, and in this case, the staff made 100% of the difference. I recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin and looking for a great hotel with fantastic staff!

Besonders die Lage und dem sehr freundlichen Personal sowie das reichhaltige frische Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf dem Dom - mega

Cons:

Anfangs roch unsere Toilette, vielleicht der Abfluss - dass war später weg. Mir war das Bett zu hart - ist aber individuell unterschiedlich. Mein Mann möchte den Härtegrad.
