Good location but not meeting 5 star hotel expectations

Super zážitek!
Pros:

Luxusní hotel, pobyl byl super, výhled z pokoje přímo na katedrálu a město, malý balkonek, byl to opravdu zážitek. Snídaně špičkové, takový výběr jsem ještě nikdy nezažila a to cestujeme poměrně často. K pití bylo i několik druhů smoothie z čerstvého ovoce, losos, různé druhy melounů, prostě luxus! Celoskleněné výtahy, v pokoji malé přivítání v podobě čokoládových pralinek, na pokoji výborná káva díky kávovaru. Jen bych doporučila pokoj s výhledem ven a ne do vnitřního atria. Hotel je situován v moc pěkné oblasti v Berlíně (ostrov muzeí). Celkově hotel určitě doporučuji, není co vytknout!

Pros:

Am avut o situație în care a trebuit să îmi prelungesc șederea, însă comunicarea cu stafful a fost dificilă și nu am reușit să găsesc o soluție ușor.

Pentru o noapte suplimentară, tariful a fost de aproximativ 300% mai mare, justificat prin faptul că hotelul era complet ocupat, ceea ce a dus la un pret per noapte de 450 de euro.....

Am fost un client fidel al acestui lanț hotelier, însă experiența aceasta m-a făcut să îmi schimb percepția.

Pros:

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spa war schön und ausreichend.

Cons:

Fitnessstudio ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Gänge haben ab und zu nach Kanalisation gerochen.

Lovely hotel with the most amazing staff
Pros:

It was absolutely lovely! The staff there were fantastic and super friendly and helpful! The food in the restaurant was to die for. Love the gym/sauna.
