Pros:

Morgenmaden og beliggenheden er hotellets allerstørste plus. Det er også meget lækkert med spa i kælderen, men der er ofte lidt for mange mennesker.
Vi fik hurtigt repareret aircondition som havde nogle løse dele, da vi bad om det via hjemmesiden angående service og vi fik skiftet til enkeltdyner i stedet for dobbeltdyne.
Hotellet har roomservice fra morgen til aften.

Cons:

Atriumværelser - navnet- gav mig indtrykket af at værelset vendte ud mod en gård, hvor vinduerne kan åbnes. Men hotellets arkitektur er som et shoppingcenter, hvor man er indendørs hele tiden og vinduerne/dørene ikke kan åbnes med effekt. Det var ærgerligt ikke at forstå dette ordentligt i forhold til valg af værelser ved booking.

Parfumespray i aircondition, når man kommer ind i hotellets lobby er direkte ubehagelig og fylder utrolig negativt i helhedsoplevelsen af stedet. Jeg forstår faktisk ikke det kan være tilladt i forhold til allergikere og andre.
Det er vanskeligt helt at forstå, hvordan rengøring af værelser fungerer. På andre hoteller vil rengøring have været forbi i dagtimerne, men her kan man godt komme hjem fra bytur kl. 17 og der har ikke været nogen og tømme affald eller gøre rent på værelset. Det er bøvlet. Især fordi det ikke er tydeligt fra ankomsten.

Centralt beliggende hotel, tæt ved Alexander Platz

Cons:

Rengøringen falder lidt ved siden af, med missede 'items' fra den forrige gæst, under sengen og manglende opfyldning af tomme sæbe og lotion beholdere.

Prachtig hotel midden in het centrum van Berlijn aan het water. Alle must see bezienswaardigheden in de buurt!!
Pros:

De ligging, centraal in Berlijn. Het ontbijt was meer dan goed!!

Cons:

We hadden niet elke dag schone handdoeken. Waardoor we soms 2x gebruik moesten maken van de handdoeken.

Very short stay and so did what we needed. Location was also great for exploring central Berlin

Easy to check in and hotel and room were clean and comfortable for a short 2 night stay

Cons:

Air con fan couldn't be reduced and was too noisy to leave on while sleeping. No milk for tea.
