New Hotel, take it only if it is a good deal.
Pros:

Ew Hotel, all clean and shiny

Cons:

It is a Leonardo group, 4 stars!
They give us at the first day, tow bottles of water.
Then for the rest of the days, No Water!
No tea, no milk, no Decaffeinated, nothing.
Breakfast: fabulous! But no vegetarian milk.
I had more expectations, I love Leonardo’s hotels.

Clean, comfortable and calm

The booking experience was straightforward. The room was exactly as depicted- no creative photography tactics.

Overall impression
The hotel is bright and buzzing with life. The modern design is colourful and reflective of the fashionable surroundings and architecture.
The reception staff are helpful, kind and customer service focussed.

Room
My suite was clean and comfortable. The design and layout made sense and was user friendly. I had an area to work on computer with nearby electrical outlets (some hotels overlook the importance of the proximity of the outlet to the desk.

The linen was cotton, as was the freshly cleaned comforter cover. The towels were cotton and fluffy.
The in room products were of excellent quality and was monitored for any possible low volume levels.

Cons:

The addition of a bathrobe would elevate my score by one point.

Molto bello, terrò a mente per altri viaggi
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, in una posizione comoda da zona Vaticano. Molto ben organizzata.

Cons:

Unico difetto se devo trovarlo il posizionamento del bidet che era troppo attaccato alla doccia non c’era spazio per utilizzarlo in comodità.

Gutes Hotel in Toplage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Frühstück war gut und hatte eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Zimmer waren zur Eincheckzeit leider noch nicht fertig. Wir mussten aber nicht lange warten.
