I was not informed on my room being a smokers room. I went view the room and it smelled the smoke. I requested a non smokers room and the manager stated that he was out of non smoking rooms. I requested a cancellation of this room. He stated he could not cancel the room that i had to go though Expedia to cancel. The water in the pool was green. So swimming was not happening. I ended up going to another hotel for the night. I check my account and the hotel charged my account after i stated i did not want to stay there because if the smell and conditions. I really appreciate if my account get reimbursed because i did not stay there that night. On the invoice it shows that i stayed and checked out the next morning. Which is false.

The room smelled clean, BUT the floors were dirty and there was hair in multiple places on the shower wall the first night. I cleaned it off prior to showering. The upholstered chair in the room looked as if it was picked up from side the road. It was badly discolored. We did not sit or put anything on said chair. My husband spotted a roach on the headboard before going to bed. I did check the matress for bedbugs, but saw no signs. The furniture and mattress appeared to be recently new. The mattress was comfortable. We slept well once we relaxed from wondering if something was going to crawl on us. I looked to book a different hotel for our second night, but refused to pay $250 or more for the few availabilities. I've paid $110 for the Fairfield last month. This weekend I paid $140/night here which was definitely overpriced for what we got. First night was quiet, but second night was not. Pulled into the parking lot from Tech football game to a group loitering.
Its been 8+ hours since checking out the hotel and I'm still itching. Scratch this place off my list.

Y’all, I was very skeptical about getting a hotel room here. We traveled this weekend for softball. Let me tell you this hotel has completely been renovated. New beds, new showers new tubs, new countertops, new sinks new flooring new paint, the entire room was so nice. I was very very surprised. We also ate breakfast the next morning before we headed out to our games. They had a wide variety of things for the kids. Will 100% be staying here again, we come to Reston multiple times a year for softball.

Easy access of highway, very clean room, needs the parking area cleaned up.

Was ok. Lost power for a while luckily in the evening. WiFi was very spotty and hard to keep a good connection to work from

My dog and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean, mostly quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly

The floors were FILTHY.. While walking across the floor in white socks, the bottom of the socks became brown and sticky after just one trip across the room. Since the purchase was non-refundable, we stayed in the room for the night. But, never again!

The management was excellent help me with my problems that I had going on and hey management number one over there

Upon arriving just after midnight, found out they cancelled my reservation saying I needed to arrive by 4pm when I made the reservation at 6:45pm. Had to pay all over for the room again. Then, when I was annoyed and asking questions, I was informed they didn’t have to give me a room at all. Biggest bull I’ve ever heard checking in anywhere.

Expedia is one of e worst booking apps I have EVER used! They have lied to me about a refund to be given back to me when all of my “requirements “ were met! They never truly contacted the other property & zgave me false information regarding my refund that I apparently will never get! I will NEVER USE THIS BOOKING SERICE AGAIN & plan to tell anyone who will listen to steer clear
Of Expedia as well! I hope they choke on the $345.85 they stole
