Nice enough budget hotel would use again
Pros:

Nice location right near the front .
Easy to check in

Clean hotel fresh looking

Cons:

Some items in the room were missing so we had to ask a few times, we had a leak and there were a few faults but we asked and things could be rectified,, I know the hotel is old but the stairs were a challenge for the 2 elderly in our group

Clean tidy nice hotel
Pros:

Close to town and tower, the hotel is a lovely looking hotel outside and inside the rooms were fresh and clean, I had a welcome pack waiting for me on arrival as it was late, the en suite was more than suitable size for us,

Cons:

We had a few issues that we had to mention and missing things from our rooms the lady helped as best she could, I had 2 disabled people in my party the steps were steep and we were high up and the outside steps were a struggle in the rain slippy, I wish we were given a room lower down but sadly the room was booked that week and to be fair I booked on.the day we traveled so I was lucky to get a room as close to town and the tower as we had

Cons:

Everything, it was disgraceful,I never say anything but had to as I would not wish another family to enter this building.
The smell the cleanliness the pillows.the wet wall no hit water.everything was filthy and falling apart had a cheek to pit a table and 2 chairs in room, they were falling apart.
Please please never enter this building as it’s absolutely disgusting.it was hirrible

Very good value for money Abbey was there with anything we need we had a long 10 day stay and our room and bedding was always changed and clean we even left something and was posted straight out to us top value for money

Wouldn’t bother even booking
Cons:

Didn’t even stay! Walked in the door and walked straight back out!
Walked in through the door and first thing to notice was the place was pretty grubby and we got hit with a strong w**d smell which was not nice. There was no one in the ‘reception’ so called the number stated on the door and straight to voicemail so I tried twice but no answer so I rung the bell on the managers office that stated please press for assistance, the woman in the office was playing loud music so when I rung the bell she turned down the music slightly but didn’t actually come and open the door. I waited a moment or so before I rung the bell again and all she screamed at us through the door was ‘I heard you f**k off!’
I waited another moment or so before deciding I didn’t deserve to be shouted at through a door and for the woman to not even show her face!
For somewhere trying to run a business it’s absolutely appalling that customers are being spoken to in that manner.
Decided it was best to just leave and went and stayed elsewhere!

It's central it's totally value for money it was nice and warm we even got upgraded to a room with a bathroom without asking friendly and helpful staff who even went to the trouble of posting my glasses back to me be I'm a dope and forgot them this was my second time in this hotel and it won't be my last

DO NOT STAY HERE!

It is in a perfect location.

Cons:

When we arrived there were no staff at the hotel we had to ring them to be told our room wasn't going to be ready for an hour or two ,so we went for a look around town and they rang us when it was ready and told us our key was in the hall way in a box ..we got to the hotel located the key and made our way to the room when we opened the door of our room the door frame fell off and landed on the bed the latch to lock the door was on the door frame so we could not lock or keep the door closed ... we rang the hotel to be told to get a refund through booking.com we had travelled all the way up from South wales . We had to book a different hotel as was told they didn't have another room for us ,so that was a big chunk taken out of our spending money ...we have been home a couple of days now and still no sign of our refund ......DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!!!!

Pros:

Very basic hotel and the main advantage is its location — just a 3-minute walk from Blackpool Tower, which is very convenient. Overall, stay is okay mainly for location, but don’t expect much beyond that.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were initially given a poorly prepared room with no toilet rolls, hand wash, or towels. Although the staff provided them when requested, missing such basic amenities didn’t leave a great first impression.

Friendly and clean, great location
Pros:

The owner couldnt do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing was to much.
Location is second to none.
Extremely comfortable and clean throughout.
Will definitely stay again no questions
