It’s a fabulous hotel for a city break
Pros:

Everything! We have stayed at this hotel previously and returned because we love staying there. The rooms are fab and the staff are so helpful and friendly

Friendly staff, close to metro, but improvements on room cleanliness are needed
Pros:

Overall, I had a very nice stay and all the staff were absolutely wonderful! With some improvements on cleaning/facilities, this could have been a higher rated stay.

-very close to metro line/easy to get into busier parts of the city
-walking distance to Park Monceau (beautiful park)
-very friendly and kind staff (special thank you to Victoria!) who were also kind enough to speak with me in English
-the bed

-unfortunately, my room could have been much cleaner. There was dust and dirt throughout, stains on the bedding, and at one point the sink and shower did not have hot water

- La lenteur de l’ascenseur. Parfois 5min juste pour attendre qu’il arrive.
- La « lumière » de la clim qui ne peut pas s’éteindre et qui reste allumé toute la nuit…

Ok but will not stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. The front desk people are friendly.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service during our stay, and there were no alternative options for transporting luggage—guests had to carry their bags up and down five flights of stairs.

Great service but not as clean as expected
Pros:

The service was very good in general. Staff are helpful and friendly, bed is comfortable and the breakfast was simple but tasty.

Cons:

The cups were very dirty. The room wasn’t very clean and the bathroom needs renovation. The sewage system was very poor and the room overall did not fit my cleanliness standards for the price paid
