Pros:

The location. Close to transportation and access to museums. The hotel is like a part of the neighborhood. It doesn't stick out ostentatiously. I was traveling alone but felt very safe. Staff was very friendly.

Great stay close to national mall
Pros:

Great support and help from the front desk. Nice and spacey room. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast!

Convenient and Great Value
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, great value for it's location. Staff are friendly and gave us some great tips on getting around. Rooms are large and airy. Was a great place to stay for exploring the city museums, the Arlington Cemetery.

Bei gutem "Preis" empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel! Die Zimmer sind gross und komfortabel. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es den ganzen Tag über kostenlosen Kaffee und Wasser gab. Alles war sauber, und das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, sind aber zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass wir es künftig nur noch bei einem wirklich guten Preis buchen würden. Manchmal ist es einfach zu teuer für das, was es tatsächlich bietet.
„Frühstück inklusive“ bedeutete dieses Jahr leider nur einen 12-Dollar-Gutschein für ein Restaurant, in dem die günstigste Frühstücksoption bereits über dem Gutscheinwert lag – das finden wir nicht akzeptabel.
Einige Einrichtungen wirken bereits etwas abgewohnt (z. B. die Toiletten in den Zimmern). Das öffentliche WC bei der Rezeption ist jedoch eher ungepflegt und könnte häufiger gereinigt bzw. erneuert werden.
Insgesamt okay, aber bei hohem Preis gibt es bessere Alternativen.

Pros:

Good location. Quick check-in. Room was reasonably spacious and had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Helpful staff. Lounge area had coffee/tea/water 24/7 though lemon/cucumber water tasted horrible.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a lot better (with coffee/tea only half/half or non-dairy cream available; pastries tasted stale; though on the plus side they had yoghurt and banana). In the bathroom, toilet tissue holder was very far from the toilet itself. Heating system was noisy.

Pros:

de kamer was zeer ruim en alles voorzienend. Vooral de mogelijkheid om gratis fietsen te gebruiken was top ! Ook de voorziening van koffie en water die altijd gratis ter beschikking staat is heel goed.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was wel echt niet goed. Niet vers, geen variatie, enkel plastic bestek, kartonnen drinkbekers ....
Er was airco in de kamer maar die maakte zeer veel lawaai en kreeg de grote ruimte niet voldoende koel.

I travel here every 2 months, and will be back!
Pros:

The location is excellent! I can see the conference center from my room window. Most of the other attendees had to travel across town to attend each day. There are some great restaurants close by and I can walk to the Hart Senate building from my hotel. Certain staff members go out of their way to assist clients, handing out umbrellas, adding an additional night to my stay. very nice people

Cons:

One staff member wasnt helpful, but the evening staff took care of my issue. The toilet tank in my bathroom wasnt refilling after flushing, but I removed the cover and jiggled the water feed tube and it works fine. I am sure the staff will fix it after I leave. The room was spacious and comfortable otherwise

Very friendly employees with dated rooms
Pros:

The location was excellent and the employees were very friendly! The beds were comfortable and the lobby was very clean!

Cons:

The rooms were advertised as large suites but definitely were not large nor suites and felt very dated. The breakfast set up was very difficult to navigate due to tables being set up directly in line of the food and drink stations.

Malheureusement, ma reservation pour 2 chambres et 4 personnes a Capitol Hill n'a pas été retrouvé et on a eu 1 chambre pour 4 personnes, Inacceptable. J'étais dans l'obligation d'annuler la réservation et de trouver immédiatement un autre hotel car Capitol Hill ne pouvait pas m'offrir ce que j'avais souhaité avoir dans leur établissement. ce qui est dommage. Aucune proposition ne m'avait été faite. toutefois, je tiens a leur remercier pour avoir annulé et remboursé sans pénalités le montant total payé lors de la réservation.
