The location is excellent! It is very easy to walk to many attractions and the neighborhood is lovely!
The staff was a little abrupt and not very friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory and not very interesting,
There was no free parking and it cost 50 a night.
The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Capitol. It is an older building, and that can be seen right away. They clean it and keep the quiet hours diligently, so we had no problems with noise.
Breakfast was in another building, which is not exactly pleasant, but it could have offered more choices than it did.
The few breakfast choice, no vegetables at all, same fried eggs every morning.

El desayuno. Poca variedad, muy seco, y un día prácticamente no hubo. No había nada y pues decidieron dejar todo vacío. Eran apenas las 9 am.

Poor hospitality ethics.. the toilet was small, didn’t have a door, the air conditioners were old, the staff at the restaurant were rude to me, I remember telling an asian/Mexican kitchen staff that there was no water in the dispenser , he left me standing there without talking to me or doing anything. My stay there wasn’t worth the money at all
Le séjour au Capitol Hill Hotel a été super ! L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au Capitol et à la Librairie du congrès, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Tout peut se faire à pied, mais l'hôtel prête des vélos et c'est un vrai plus pour visiter le Mall.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec des produits frais et cuisinés sur place. La salle est un peu petite suivant l'heure à laquelle on passe mais ce n'est pas gênant.
Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute.
A tout point de vue le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour américain.
Tout était bien dans cet hôtel, qui a un style à lui éloigné du standard copié/collé des chaines. Je ne dis pas que c'est du grand standing, ou que c'est moderne, mais c'est un hôtel qui a son charme et où l'on est content de rentrer avec sa journée de visite !

Maybe it was because the surrounding streets weren't very well lit, but I understand that's not the hotel's responsibility. I couldn't find any places nearby to buy things like water and other groceries.
