Okay visit but we won’t be returning.
Pros:

This hotel is located in an excellent location. Close enough to attractions but far enough away for less traffic.

Cons:

We had to wait a long time to check in, there was no one at the desk. Valet was very confusing and you had to leave your car unsafely for your turn. Where they parked them was scary also. The room was so so. The bed was very hard, the shower didn’t drain and the toilet ran the entire time. The towels were stained and didn’t seem clean. The door didn’t fit the frame so there was a noticeable gap between the door and the frame, which made the noise very loud. The continental breakfast is advertised as part of the special rate, but actually it’s $30 per person and not optional. It’s the same food each day and definitely not worth $30. Overall not very comfortable and very disappointing.

Neat hotel in a great location.

Location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean

Cons:

Small bathrooms, no AC in the closet/bathroom areas, shower curtain way too short, front desk was hard to reach by phone, maid service only available if you leave room before 9am

The only problems were very small, everything else was amazing and will definitely be coming back for our event next yea
Pros:

The location is fantastic, makes exploring the city easy. The kitchenette was lovely and well-stocked, the beds very comfortable, and the room was spacious.

Cons:

Small things attributed to perhaps being an older building- it was hard to close/open some doors because of warped wood or paint being too thick. The A/C could have been just a little bit colder, as well.
