Les chambres toujours sur éclairées avec des leds rouges, vertes, etc mais qui affectent la qualité du sommeil. Dommage. Mais il s’agit d’une réalité propre à tous les marques hors palaces.

Si vous venez en train c’est parfait, hôtel en face de la gare MAIS si vous venez en voiture alors mieux vaut aller ailleurs.
Peu de places autour, stationnement payant, et parking de l’hôtel pas pratique et très étroit pour les véhicules d’aujourd’hui. Tarif : 11€ la nuit.
Sinon personnel ok, hôtel et chambres propres, wifi ok. La chambre est classique Novotel, sans surprise excepté une bouteille en verre vide dans le minibar… ça c’est inédit dans un Novotel et sans intérêt !
Aucun produit de courtoisie… donc une mini bouteille d’evian aurait été la bienvenue.

De passage à Saint Étienne !
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et sécurisée. Mais quelques prestations sont à revoit : matelas trop mous , flacon de gel douche vide dans la douche et un lit n'avait pas de drap housse.
Ces petits détails semblent anodins mais je m'attendais à mieux de la part d'un hotel 4 étoiles.

Hôtel très agréable en face de la gare SNCF et d’un arrêt de tram qui vous emmène au centre-ville en moins de 10min.
Chambre spacieuse, coffre-fort, mini bar, literie très confortable.
Toilettes séparées.
Excellent petit déjeuner en buffet
Roof top ou on peut prendre un verre ou le petit déjeuner.
L’hôtel a également un restaurant (pas testé) mais tout autour de nombreux restaurants.
