Good area , hotel a little underwhelming
Pros:

Location was good close to Metro. Few shops and food places. Walk to Waterfront was about 20 minutes.

Beds were a good size , tv , lift. Staff were helpful as much as would require.

Cons:

Hotel requires a refurbishment. The rooms were worn, door hard to close, carpets worn, windows were unable to close properly could hear the planes alot from the airport. Blinds were hard to pull. Bathroom was dated and didn't provide what was expected.
There was some confusion on check in due to conflicts in system.
Music from outside which started one morning at 6am. With the windows not closing properly this also didn't help with sleep.

Location was very convenient.

Cons:

I asked several times before coming about an early check in due to an international flight and funeral. While they said there was no guarantee, the front desk indicated that 1:00 pm was likely. When I called day of they indicated maybe 3:00. When I came at 3:45 they said maybe not till 5:00. It was super frustrating and was an upgraded room that I had purchased. I was leaving to go meet people at 4::25 and the staff ran after me outside to let me know the room was ready.

Horrible bed
Pros:

I was really disappointed with my stay at The ARC Hotel. My first room had a TV that didn’t work and a phone that didn’t work either. To their credit, they moved me to another room, but the replacement room wasn’t much better because the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

I came here to relax and get some rest, but instead I left feeling worse than when I arrived. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. While I appreciate the staff changing my room, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Perfect for my needs
Pros:

Location and staff were incredible

Cons:

Old and tired- how do you only have a single lightbulb between 2 beds. Why is the hand towel bar on the shower door ? Very clean and would stay again because of location as well as the wonderful staff but they really need to do some real upgrades
