Pros:

Great location in Foggy Bottom, close to the Metro and a Whole Foods, which we visited daily. A good stay for our family of four.

Cons:

There were issues with the heater/air-conditioning for much of our stay. Once turned on, it would only go to a high temp, even if we turned the thermostat down. We had to have it turned off overnight. Read about this issue on other reviews. We don’t regret staying there though.

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa, mimo późnego check-in wszystko przebiegło sprawnie. Hotel jest wyjątkowo czysty i zadbany. Szczerze mówiąc, spodziewałem się zwykłego hotelu, a poczułem się, jakby był to hotel sieci Marriott — a nocowałem w Marriottach już nie raz. Standard, atmosfera i dbałość o szczegóły są na naprawdę wysokim poziomie. Inne sieci hotelowe mogłyby się od Was uczyć. Bardzo blisko metra.

Cons:

Późny check-in może być drobnym minusem, szczególnie dla osób przyjeżdżających wcześniej i zmęczonych podróżą. Ale można zostawić bagaż i odpocząć w okolicznych lokalizacjach.

It looked new in the pictures.

Cons:

We arrived around midnight from the west coast and were exhausted and the person checking us in couldn’t log into the system. We sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes and once we were let into our room he had to let us in and we weren’t even given a key…and there was food still in the fridge
