L'hotel si trova in una ottima posizione in quanto è vicino a tutto. Le camere sono molto grandi e pulite e i letti molto comodi.

Cons:

Nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, era molto caldo (circa 29 gradi) anche se era metà marzo e nelle camere era un caldo terribile, non si riusciva a dormire. Nella hall funzionava l'aria condizionata e quindi era bello fresco ma nelle camere non si resisteva pur aprendo le finestre. Abbiamo cercato di far andare l'aria condizionata in tutti i modi, ma non riuscendoci, abbiamo chiesto alla reception pensando che nelle nostre camere fosse rotta l'aria condizionata. Loro ci hanno risposto che in primavera funzionava solo il riscaldamento......... non è concepibile che in un albergo di quel livello l'aria funzioni solo in piena estate.... come mai però nella hall era bello fresco con l'aria funzionante anche in primavera?....Quindi 2 notti terribili per il caldo. Altra cosa molto negativa è che tengono bloccati i soldi della cauzione per esattamente 1 mese: noi avendo 2 camere, ci hanno bloccato 150 dollari per camera quindi 300 dollari In tutti gli altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato durante questo viaggio in America ci sbloccavano la cauzione subito dopo il check out e risultavano subito sbloccati sulla carta di credito. Loro no, hanno un altro sistema: i soldi rimangono bloccati per esattamente 1 mese!!!! Li ho contattati più volte chiedendo spiegazioni e loro rispondevano che era colpa della mia carta di credito....come mai con gli altri hotel la mia carta li sbloccava subito???? ieri finalmente la mia carta di credito mi ha informato che l'hotel aveva sbloccato questi soldi dopo 1 mese! Quindi sappiate, se prenotate qui, che la cauzione la tengono bloccata molto a lungo. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è minuscolo e carissimo, però si trova posto per strada nelle vicinanze.
