Big room. Helpful staff both desk and cleaning staff
Lovely bathroom.

Cons:

The heating had been turned over to air conditioning for the season, but the weather was still very cold! They did provide a heater but for our large suite it struggled.

Will definitely return on my next stay with the family!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly! They even helped me find free parking on the first night since it was still the weekend 💜 we also had an awesome view of DC from our room!

Cons:

My only issue was that it looked liked 3 multiple charges with my bank as the booking, parking, and deposit were all separate charges with my bank, and I thought I was overcharged, but when I emailed through booking.com, the hotel explained and in a few business days, it all posted correctly.

Cons:

Staff, I had to leave a night earlier, one of my employees had an accident and die, I explained that to the hotel staff and they never refund me the second night, I hope you don’t book this hotels and if you do, I hope you don’t have ANY emergency, they won’t underhand, STAY somewhere else

I usually don’t leave a feedback but when you have no help and no understanding in situations like this….NOT ACCEPTABLE
