Comfort and convenience
Pros:

Location is amazing. Convenient to the metro - close to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

No breakfast. No restaurants really to speak of inside the hotel but a steakhouse that will deliver to your room. Not a problem but not having a space to start your day with coffee and a sit down meal for me was not favorable.

I would expect better from a Hyatt hotel
Pros:

Close to Subway within walking distance to shopping and restaurants

Cons:

Carpet looked dirty. The refrigerator in my room did not work .My room looked like it was a storage for an extra bed.
