Big rooms, comfy bed and good breakfast but have had better elsewhere
Pros:

As many other guests have commented, the beds were super comfortable. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk and valet staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

It could use some updating in terms of its soundproofing. We were facing the road and it was exceptionally loud. We were also disturbed by guests in the next room as well which hasn’t happened to me in a long time. Additionally, checkout is 12 and we had staff open the door to the room twice before 12 which was very disruptive.
Overall it’s a nice hotel, but I have had better stays elsewhere in Vancouver

Comfortable and good value, great location
Pros:

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Kiti at the front desk greeted me when I arrived, I was extremely tired abs he was very efficient and kind .

Cons:

The toilet clogged and I needed to call the staff for help.

A welcoming vibe from staff and a great brekky. The avocado toast has a nicely balanced kick to it! The bed was fabulous allowing us to slip into holiday mode very quickly. But the cherry on top was the availability of a courtesy car to get to the main shopping strip was awesome and unexpected as was the concierge who drove us to the Burrard St bus stop!

Cons:

The noisy a/c/heater system when it started after falling below the minimum temp. We got used to it after a couple of days.

All sizzle, no steak.
Pros:

Plush decor and attentive staff. Nice views from floor to ceiling windows. Resonably central location, near to some easy grocery stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Room was all sizzle, no steak. Tiny, cramped room with too much in it. Overpriced minibar, but no complementy milk for tea/coffee. Overpriced pod coffee machine. Weird nightlight built into the bed that automatically activates, so could only make the room dark by literally unplugging it from the wall.
Bathroom was cramped and it was hard to manoeuvre around the door and the toilet to get into the shower.

The staff were amazing ! The facility has a nice vibe. I loved how the bed lit up as a night light when you got out of bed a night. lol

Cons:

Paying for parking. There were a few renovations going on but that is also a good thing as they are keeping things up to date.
