Le petit-déjeuner était coûteux et très bon, et rapidement servi à table. Le personnel était agréable.
Le prix du parking pour une nuit est excessif (60$).
O serviço de estacionamento é um pouco complicado. Carro entregue equivocadamente, atrasando a saída. No último dia, quando estava saindo para o aeroporto, o manobrista achou que, durante a manobra de ir buscar o veículo na garagem, tivesse deixado o próprio telefone cair. Ficamos alguns minutos procurando o aparelho dentro do carro, o que atrasou minha saída. Por sorte estava com tempo e não prejudicou a minha chegada no aeroporto, mas esse é o tipo de problema que pode impactar negativamente o hospede.

I was traveling with my special needs daughter and they bought her a cute coloring book and gave it to her at check-in. So impressed by them!
The rooftop restaurant staff were terrible. We went up there 3 times and just wanted a drink. Every time they said they had a reservation coming in on 30-45 minutes. We told them we just wanted 1 drink and would be gone in 15 minutes. The hostess was rude and didn’t care. We were with our 2 young daughters, so we just wanted to quickly experience the bar and go back to our room. Very disappointed

The rooftop bar experience was terrible!
We went up there 3 times and just wanted a quick drink. We were with our 2 young daughters so we didn’t want to stay long. Each time the hostess said they had no tables. There was at least 8 tables open. She said they had reservations in about 30-45 minutes. We told her we’d just be about 15 minutes. A quick dunk just to experience the bar. She didn’t care. Terrible customer service. If it wasn’t for the front staff, we’d say don’t stay here. Do stay, just skip the rooftop bar!

Room was quite small and felt cramped. It also was extremely noisy with constant road noise.
Clean,good service,underground parking
We stayed twice, the first room was bigger and fitted our family perfectly. The 2nd time, the room was smaller and we felt it. The rooms are very nice, and well maintained. The location is wonderful in a very quiet yet central pleasant neighborhood, walking distance from parks, coffee and restaurants
The policy of charging only with a physical credit card is very rigid in this hotel and I dislike it
The entire staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The staff provided some excellent recommendations regarding what to see and where to go. The hotel itself was very clean and the food at the rooftop bar was very good. Wagner was especially helpful in making sure we got to the cruise port via their free shuttle service. Good location with a number of excellent restaurants within east walking distance. Also the Aqua-bus to Granville island is only a couple of blocks away. Definitely recommend this hotel.
We enjoyed our stay and were particularly pleased that the Parker offers a free shuttle to the cruise terminal. Wagner was especially helpful and is a real asset to the hotel. If we’re in Vancouver again in the future, we will definitely be staying at the Parker.
Kitti and Wagner went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! The stay was wonderful and their hospitality and customer service was absolutely amazing. Would book again because of them !
The location is alright.
The air conditioning in the room is too noisy, and some of the staffs are not friendly. The last day I checked out had to go down to the basement and picked up my car.

The fan in the room was so loud.
