Cons:

Nothing in particular, it's no luxury hotel, but nice and very comfortable! AC didn't work on the second night of my stay but staff switched my room super easily and with no issues.

Amazing!
Pros:

The room and location were excellent. The staff was very very helpful. I lost my wallet at the arena that night and the night staff helped me print important documentation that helped me board my flight the next day. I would love staying at this hotel again!

A great location where all the main attractions were walkable from the hotel.
Pros:

The location was great. My room was clean, although a little small. The staff was very helpful, however, the staff at the rooftop restaurant/bar were a little snooty.

Great location, friendly staff, clean facilities.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us easy walk to the beach, close to lots of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

The hot tub was closed the entire time we stayed, and this is the main reason we booked with this hotel. I have a back that gets quite sore from travel and the hot tubs really help with my discomfort.
