Pros:

Location was perfect. We were able to walk and enjoy the surrounding area. Staff at check were very helpful. Kiti was able to get our room on the same floor as our friends.

Cons:

The rooftop bar was on the floor above us. It did make it louder for sleeping.

Pros:

深夜到着早朝出発にも関わらず親切に対応してくれました。備え付けのシャンプー類はロクシタンだったのは嬉しかったです！出発が早すぎて朝食を頂けなかったのですがそれについてオーナー？と話しといてくれるとのことでした。期待して待っているところです😁

Cons:

湯沸かしポット欲しかったです。
3人で予約したのでバスローブは3着欲しかったです。

Great hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The location is convenient, we could walk to most places in downtown or with a short Uber ride. The hotel even offers free shuttle drop off at cruise port and downtown sites. The Valet and shuttle drivers are especially friendly and super helpful.

Cons:

The bed is slightly small for two adults to share since we let our daughter has her own bed

Nice hotel on the edge of all the best spots in Vancouver
Pros:

Great drinks though pricey. Room quite was nice and very clean except where the fridge had leaked and the cabinet door had swollen and changed color. Staff is always so nice there. This is now our go to in Vancouver. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back!

Cons:

In the roof top we only had the risotto balls and they were meh. Not the hotels fault but someone screamed in the ally outside our window for an hour at around 2 -3 am. If you have a tall vehicle the onsite parking has limited height but they do have a couple spots outside the parkade.

Pros:

The mattress was comfy, and the staff was kind. Location was decent for the places I needed to get to.

Cons:

The window wouldn't seal properly so it was freezing at night. This also meant I kept waking up from street noises. I was on the 5th floor. My phone in the room wasn't connected properly so maintenance had to come in and fix it. I attempted to utilize the "complimentary Tesla chauffeur", but it wasn't capable of taking me to a location 8 minutes away. I tried to utilize it again later, but apparently it's hours are only applicable during the day.
