Comfortable stay with good value breakfast
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff were cordial throughout our stay. We also appreciated the breakfast, it was tasty and a great value when bundled with the room. We had requested a quiet room, and the hotel delivered; there was no noticeable noise from the road or elsewhere, and the kids were able to sleep undisturbed.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work, even after maintenance attempted to fix it, which led to some uncomfortable nights. Some of the towels were stained, and the overall cleanliness felt inconsistent. While the upper shower grout was clean and white, the grout around the tub spout had a pinkish discoloration that made that area feel less well maintained. The room itself also felt like a mix of updated and dated decor, which made it feel a bit uneven.

Bastante satisfatório no geral
Pros:

Acomodação espaçosa e confortável. Staff muito atencioso.

Cons:

A despeito do anúncio da existência de serviço de quarto, ele deixou de ser oferecido um dia, sem aviso prévio, por conta de um evento privado. Como estávamos contando com o serviço depois de um dia exaustivo de passeios, isso foi bem inconveniente.
A manutenção poderia ser melhor. O blackout não funcionava bem

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and hospitable. The hotel was clean. Our room had an interesting but nice view. We would stay again while visiting Vancouver.

Cons:

It was hard to pull into parking and we didn’t have a microwave in our room. Once we figured out which direction was easier to come from, we were able to just go straight to the parking garage which was more convenient than trying to fit through the valet entrance and drive to the back. No biggie!!

Breakfast needs to be improved and staff needs to be more courteous at the food area.
Pros:

Location and quiet rooms and friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

There could be more variety in the breakfast options, especially for children and guests staying for several days. In addition, the internet connection was occasionally slow and unstable, causing intermittent interruptions. The staff at the resturant needs to be inviting, courteous and able to keep a close eye on details. We have to request to be provided complementary jam and butter in the breakfast. Even asked to fill shakers (with salt and pepper).

Pleasant stay in a great location.
Pros:

Pleasant room, comfortable bed and a nice coffee machine. The room was reasonably spacious with lots of windows.

Cons:

There was no kettle so you couldn't make tea. The air conditioning was beyond noisy, never been anywhere that was this noisy even on the lowest setting. The breakfast was not great, very beige in colour and a little dry if you had the cooked one. You had to pay for a second cup of coffee too. I would get breakfast out instead.

Would not go there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good though the menu was small.

Cons:

When we walked into our room it smelled like smoke so we asked to switch rooms. The next room didn’t smell like smoke but it was small, dated and there was nothing special about it - we paid over $700 that night!!
After notifying the hotel of my disappointment they did move us to another room for the second night that had much more space and a nicer view. While I appreciated that gesture, it didn’t take away from the terrible first night we had and they still charged us full price for everything. That was really disappointing. It felt more like a motel and we felt like we had been tricked with fancy photos and good reviews on the website. We were really looking forward to our stay there and that first night was stressful and very underwhelming.
Also, the fitness room was tiny and didn’t even have a set of dumb bells only treadmills and a multipurpose machine. Only 2 people could fit in there comfortably at once.

Хорошее место расположение. Не далеко от основных достопримечательностей.

Cons:

Сильно шумит кондиционер. Не возможно включать его так как мешает спать. Стоимость размещения не соответствует качеству гостиницы. Я бы не дал и 3х звезд.
В приложении указано что гостиница 4 звезды. Это завышено.
