A real gem in a great location
Pros:

Killer location, spectacular car service (especially Wagner and the other gentleman who has been there for nearly 20 years, whose name I can’t remember), very comfortable!m, overall just fabulous

Cons:

The rooftop was closed during our entire stay, and no one communicated that before we arrived. I expressed my extreme disappointment, and no one tried to offer any rectification. I suggested they buy us breakfast to make up for it, and they did, so it was hard to stay upset with them haha.

We were greeted with big smiles and friendliness. The staff were always very helpful, polite, and super friendly.

Cons:

In my opinion, the facilities are quite old and deserve a complete renovation to maintain their 4-star rating.
Some things show significant wear and tear.
The breakfast is quite "British/Canadian," which I don't dislike, but we should have the power to choose, to put on our plate only what we like or want, and since I chose the package with breakfast included, it doesn't have many options or much variety like I've seen in other hotels (most are buffet style).

Noisy Room
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Nice hotel and comfortable. The location of my room on this stay was very poor. It was on the 8th floor but under the restaurant on the 9th floor. Lots of noise coming from above.

I would not recommend this hotel for people wanting a hassle free stay.
Pros:

I did like the location.

Cons:

The restaurant and hotel double charged me for our breakfast and refused to correct it even when I showed them my receipt.
The food for breakfast was subpar and was not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel for people wanting a hassle free stay.

One bad thing only in restaurant, 2 main courses served nearly 5 minutes apart, both meals exactly the same ordered together. They kindly comped our wine.

The place is good,clean and quiet, The guy who drove us to the port was very nice
Pros:

Everything is good except we have to go to Marriott hotel to be pick for our excursion and they give early schedule ,they said they don't go to Parker hotel.They almost left us on our ist day trip coz we were waiting in Parker Hotel,they forget to tell us that they don't go to our hotel.

Cons:

I like the place but one thing we have a problem ,pls read above .
