The staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and quiet.
The room was so hot that we could not sleep.
Clean and cozy
Rooftop restaurant wasn’t visible to get dinner and we would have preferred to stay at the hotel as we had just flown for 24 hours.
Friendly staff
Clean rooms
Good breakfast
The front desk staff is very nice and helpful.
The parking garage looks messy with all the renovations they’re doing.
loud renovations on my floor starting at 8AM
Väldigt fint
Motorvägen precis utanför fönstret
Posizione ottima per girare downtown a piedi, inoltre la metro è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti.
Personale professionale e cortese. Buona colazione. Camere pulite. Un plus il rooftop.
Nulla.
Great location for walking everywhere in Vancouver, nice views over the city, decent size room
Staff very pushy and rushed, one of the male cleaners was sleezy when in the elevator alone with me, the bathroom layout is terrible with door opening almost onto the toilet seat while the toilet roll holder is a good 90cm away from the toilet, the rooms and overall feel is quite dated (I believe they are in the process of renovating though), noise travels quite easily
Nothing
They charged me twice was old food when I entered the room
Staff members were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and location was excellent. Breakfast was also amazing!
The property is slightly aged. The fan made a lot of noise throughout the night and day when we had the heat turned on. Otherwise it’s a very nice property.
The staff in the hotel was exceptionally friendly.
Bad communication / management. There was no breakfast and a lot of repair work. We were only informed about that on the day of arrival. We got partly refunded for the missing breakfast but the amount didn't cover the actual costs. I would have chosen another hotel if I had known about this before arrival.
Evening is kind n interested in people
Morning cold, mechanical
The room was quite good: comfortable beds and fairly clean. The interior is tasteful and suggests that the hotel was once positioned above the budget category. However, it now feels somewhat worn and could benefit from a renovation to match a higher rating.
Breakfast is very limited and, in my opinion, not worth the price. I also didn’t like the warning signs stating that guests should not take the cleaning products from the room and that additional charges may apply if they do.
The tone of the SMS about the check-out time felt rather rude and unfriendly. There was also a noticeable difference in staff behavior: during check-in the security guard was absorbed in his phone, while the next day another guard was opening doors, greeting guests, and appearing ready to help.
