Room needs repairs and a deep clean.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The room was small and needs a lot of repairs. It felt dirty and cramped - I wonder if they have certain rooms for those who book through third parties. I have previously booked there and the room was clean and nice, so this experience was surprising and disappointing.

Good location depending on what you are looking to do, the room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

When we went to check in the room wasn't available. We did arrive slightly earlier than 3pm. We were told that the room might be ready by 3pm but they couldn't confirm that it would be. We arrived back at 3:30pm to a massive line up of guests all trying to check in. We didn't get our room until 4:30pm.

Excellent and kind staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Staff were very polite, kind, friendly and enthusiastic. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. We had a medical emergency and the staff were accommodating with the check out time as part of our group needed to be at the local hospital.
Breakfast buffet was a good selection and nice food in a spacious and light dining area.

Cons:

Rooms felt a little bit dark and cramped. Generally things felt a little in need of modernisation, but overall NBD.

Main suggestion: Have 2 toasters available in the breakfast room, or at least one with more slots. We arrived near the end of the suggested 'quieter time slot' for breakfast and there were 4 people waiting to use the 2 slot toaster which seemed silly.
