Pros:

El personal era muy amable, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante. La limpieza también estaba bien. En general es un buen hotel, con una buena relación precio calidad.

Cons:

La habitación tenía un sistema de calefacción antiguo que hacía ruido en la noche. Era también un poco oscura. Tenía un closet pequeño y no había cajones para guardar ropa.

Las opciones de desayuno eran buenas, pero por el precio podrían ofrecer buffet.

Very nice place to stay for the weekend that allows pets.

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, there are varieties , and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating

Cons:

One receptionist instead of accommodating, she said she can’t do anything because my booking was through booking.com, as if the hotel is not marketing itself on this website. I felt discrimination in her words

The staff were great, the place was clean, the food was decent and the location was perfect.
Pros:

Check-in was fast and easy, and the 2 gentlemen at the desk were very helpful and kind. They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which made the day a lot smoother than it could have been. The staff in the restaurant were very good as well.

Cons:

Small pet peeve, but when you serve nachos (like at literally any other restaurant), you should not charge for salsa or sour cream unless the guest orders extra. This should come with the plate. $3.00 for a ramekin of sour cream is crazy. The last time I stayed at this location, I had the most comfortable king bed. It was so comfortable that I was planning to ask what brand of mattress/pillow,s etc., they purchase, but this time it wasn't the same.
