It’s good
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, there are varieties , and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating

Cons:

One receptionist instead of accommodating, she said she can’t do anything because my booking was through booking.com, as if the hotel is not marketing itself on this website. I felt discrimination in her words

Hotel itself very nice , money gouger though

The staff were great, the place was clean, the food was decent and the location was perfect.
Pros:

Check-in was fast and easy, and the 2 gentlemen at the desk were very helpful and kind. They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which made the day a lot smoother than it could have been. The staff in the restaurant were very good as well.

Cons:

Small pet peeve, but when you serve nachos (like at literally any other restaurant), you should not charge for salsa or sour cream unless the guest orders extra. This should come with the plate. $3.00 for a ramekin of sour cream is crazy. The last time I stayed at this location, I had the most comfortable king bed. It was so comfortable that I was planning to ask what brand of mattress/pillow,s etc., they purchase, but this time it wasn't the same.

Pleasant stay in Ottawa
Pros:

Excellent breakfast choices; large and quiet room; pleasant staff.

Cons:

It was a bit too far from the downtown core to walk there in winter weather. On the edge of the restaurants and attractions.

Great location for us. Ease of check in and very comfy room.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent at the hotel restaurant. The staff was friendly and the food was prepared very well. I also like that they provided the opportunity to win breakfast which we did by playing the game.

The front desk staff was very kind and personable. He was very helpful and ensured all of our questions were answered. Continue to have friendly and excellent front desk staff as the your man who assisted myself and my boys and you’ll continue to provide an excellent stay for people. He was great.

Cons:

Complimentary breakfast always makes things amazing. I would like to see thst option provided at thst hotel.

Right at the beginning, we had trouble in having the electricity established in the TV area. Eventually, it was properly fixed.
