Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Ontario Airport

Very dirty hallways leading to the room. Room with sticky floor. I have to buy swiffer to mop my own dirty room, Lysol to sanitize the room, and Lysol to spray the bad smell inside the room. Lots of hair on the bed, under the sheets. I bought my own blanket since the comforter looks dingy white. Do better!

The property is poorly maintained, carpets were dirty, room furniture is dated and bed sheets had stains. Also encountered roaches. Not a great place to stay.

We had a nice time

There were roaches in my room, I tried to call the front desk and ask them to switch me rooms and they refused, someone got shot right by my car so very unsafe and I was unable to leave for hours after checkout because of that, it was super loud and the AC didn’t work

They DO NOT clean your room weekly. You damn near have to begg them to clean it.

We got this holel very late about 1am. And because of we got late, they put us as "no Show", and wasn't able to get a room. After negotiating to Hotel.com online help support for an hour, finally they removed "no show" and this hotel was letting us to stay the room we already booked and paid. It took us another extra one hour, so finally we were able to get a room to sleep at about 2am.

Housekeeping didn’t clean my room, even though I had been there for a month. They kept telling me my room was on the list to get cleaned. After I demand that my room get clean, then they sent someone to clean it.

Llegue después de la medianoche y no me pudieron dar habitación, por el retraso de mi vuelo, pedí otra habitación y no se pudo, así que me fui a otro hotel y perdí mi reserva en el hotel

Great staff but overall been biggest disappointment rooms are outdated and roaches where in rooms had bad smell

We checked into our room and it was completely dirty, old food left in the fridge drawers in the room. We went to the front they said “oh it was just marked clean” and made excuses of possible things that could have happened. We ended up getting switched to another room and it was a little better of appearance until AGAIN found old food left this time in the bathroom under the vanity and stuff on the walls in both rooms. Overall just not a great experience, and won’t be booking here again.

The kitchen didn’t have no coffee maker

Hotel is in really bad condition. The hallways are scary and very dirty. The bathroom was very tight and the handle fell off when I took a shower. Water pressure is very low.

The other lady was nice. But when I pay again for the Sept. 1 to the 5 they were very mean. Don’t like them

Cockroaches, dirty, no vending machines, no drinks or water. Front desk is real nice
