the stay was good enough for just staying one night there: room just clean enough, hot water, but there were weird marks
Pros:

the location is good with lots of restaurants around the hotel and the staff was friendly

Cons:

I felt the room was just barely clean enough. weird marks/stains on the head board of the bed. our mini fridge did not work at all. there was a mega hole in the window curtains.

It’s was nice, pleasant and comfortable!
Pros:

Coffee, close to the hotel my son and his team were at, my kids like the pool. & work out room

Cons:

No hot tub.. I literally cried! I needed it after a 13 hour drive from ND

Unfortunate, nice location not a welcoming hotel !!!

Breakfast was ok. Location chef kiss right next to major restaurants

Cons:

Toilet had low pressure had to change rooms because the toilet didnt flush. They didnt have extra towels it was like pulling a leg to get 2 extra towels. One lady said they will stock on Sunday basically when we check out. The staff not friendly. Front desk will not greet you. In fact when we went down to exchange rooms for another room with a working toilet front desk clerk starred us down w no words as if it was our fault, but we had just got there. Didnt even sit our bags down to settle in. Not to mention as we were coming down to mention to them about the toilets. Another lady also came down with the same complaint. It just didnt feel like a welcoming hotel. More like A I dont feel like having company this weekend hotel !! I tried getting a refund but there's no number for booking.com. You email them and by time I heard back 3 days has passed and I was already at home.

Was surprised there was no microwave in room. The bed was extremely soft and the walls are paper thin because I heard my neighbor snoring all night.

Naperville location, great value for money.
Pros:

Great location, lots of restaurants walking distance. Choose it as close proximity to my brothers house in Naperville. MORTONS Steak Restaurant is simply a MUST for a special dining experience. Great value for money hotel. I will return for sure.

Cons:

Långt hårstrå i ens sängen, ett könshår på en av handdukarna. Kylskåpet höll inte kylan. WiFi fungerade inte. Endast en av hotellets ismaskiner fungerade, men levererade bara en liten mängd is.

Pros:
