An excellent location. Cannot be faulted. So easy to walk to Subway, restaurants, cafes and the Market and Piers. Nice big room. Plenty of space for our luggage. Comfortable bed. Fabulous staff. Very friendly. This hotel has a great atmosphere. We enjoyed the happy hour in the lobby with free beer and welcoming surroundings.

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich super!
Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel überhaupt nicht zufrieden.
Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben einer riesigen Klimaanlage, die offenbar für das gesamte Hotel zuständig war. Dadurch war es im Zimmer extrem laut. Da die Fenster zudem nur einfach verglast waren, wurden die Geräusche kaum gedämmt und an erholsamen Schlaf war leider nicht zu denken.
Wir haben daraufhin an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob ein Zimmerwechsel möglich wäre. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei und deshalb kein Zimmerwechsel möglich wäre.
Später haben wir jedoch festgestellt, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt sehr wohl noch Zimmer verfügbar waren und diese sogar online über verschiedene Buchungsportale angeboten wurden. Daher fühlen wir uns leider nicht ehrlich informiert und von der Rezeption nicht ernst genommen.
Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung können wir das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Besonders der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde und die aus unserer Sicht falsche Auskunft zum Thema Zimmerwechsel haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr negativ beeinflusst.

The bathroom was super small. No place to put any toiletries, sink was so tiny, like a toy😩 and in the shower, there was no space to move.

I loved how close the hotel was to everything downtown, and the rock-and-roll vibe gave it such a fun and unique atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I especially loved the organic guest amenities!
The only minor downside was that only one elevator was working and it was quite small, but overall everything else was great! Check-in and check-out were easy, and the property was very accessible.
Great value for money. All you may need during a short stay. No breakfast, but there is a coffee service in the morning, and beer happy hours in the afternoon, if you like this kind of stuff.
We really like the amenities they had, different from other places I stood in the past. Really cool atmosphere 👌
