Room was super cold upon arrival. Heater did not work well and took hours to heat up room to an okay temp. When we asked for extra blankets we were given throw sized scratchy blankets.

Pros:

Location, price, small so less crowded

Cons:

Noise complaint was not properly addressed (she knocked on the door and said to keep it down- which I already did) , bathroom smells very strongly if mildew/mold, one of the valet employees was very unwelcoming (the other was great!)

Great experience
Pros:

The staff were great, the room was very comfortable and the free beer at happy hour was an unexpected added bonus! Great decor and atmosphere, would definitely recommend and will for sure be returning!!

Great weekend of baseball
Pros:

My husband and I came up to seattle to go to the Mariners opening weekend. Hotel Max was conveniently located only 1.7 miles from the stadium. We were able to leisurely walk down to Pikes market and browse before continuing on our way to the game. The space needle is right there also. When we got there, we pulled up to the valet area. It's not much more that's the lot across the street, it's secure and you get in and out privileges. They took very good care of our car and to our surprise, charged it while parked! Truly above and beyond. They have a free beer hour from 5-6pm in the lobby, fun music based decor and our room had huge windows with a view of the city. They offer complimentary coffee in the morning or there is a Starbucks right across the street. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

Hotel Max is the perfect hotel if you want that Seattle grunge feel. It’s located perfectly centered tourist spots like the pike market place or the Space needle. The rooms are always tidied up nicely, although I will say they have an old fashioned tv that only consists of channels and you can’t watch any streaming services. Regardless, the hotel was clean, nice and quiet. Service was excellent and they always answered any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Seattle.

Cons:

La seule critique, c'est le bruit de la rue. Comme dans toutes les villes américaines, les rues du centre ville sont bruyantes à partir de 6 heures du matin.
