Staff, location was good
Rooms were tiny and only had a full sized bed
Lo que mas nos gusto fue la ubicacion, la habitacion estuvo bien pero por el precio que pagamos que fue precio regular sin descuento ni nada entiendo que pudimos tener una ventana mirando hacia la calle y no a una pared de un edificio.
La habitacion que nos dieron ya que pagamos mucho dinero por la habitacion entonces nos dan una habitacion mirando a una pared, tambien el hotel necesita algo ya que no es barato entendemos que la ubicacion es buena pero necesita quizas modernizarse un poco.

Excellent location near the market/waterfront, restaurants, and public transportation. Room was larger than expected but bathroom was a little cramped.
No real food options and smallish bathroom in an otherwise good sized room.

Location and proximity to other activities were the highlights.
The rooms are really small (reminiscent of a hostel) and outdated compared to the modern look of the lobby. The bathrooms are even smaller/tighter with the shower stall being 2ft x 3ft rendering it standing space only (bending over is not optional).
Hotel Max is in an excellent location that is very walkable, close to bars, restaurants, public transportation and sightseeing venues.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Prepare to be impressed! Hotel Max offers a super cool mix of modern meets grunge & rock music vibe! The front desk is bright metallic red & the front desk staff is friendly & helpful. Each room has a record player & a stack of records that take you back to a variety of decades of great music. Don’t miss free beer at happy hour 5-6 pm everyday! - did I mention it’s bottomless beer? Located within short walking distance to Pike Place & many restaurants & cafes. You definitely need to stay at this gem of a hotel!
I cannot state enough how impressed and grateful my family, friends and I are with our stay at The Max the last weekend of July.
In addition to the lovely, quiet and tastefully-decorated rooms, THE STAFF - particularly the front staff - are EXCEPTIONAL.
We WILL return to Seattle and the ONLY place to stay with convenient walking to all attractions — THE MAX.
Great location and the hotel met our needs perfectly. We travelled with two teenagers - we had two rooms between us. Funky hotel reception and helpful friendly staff. The rooms a good size and the beds comfy. We enjoyed happy hour and the complementary tea & coffee in the foyer. Thank you!

We came to Seattle for cancer treatment at Fred Hutch. We bring our dogs with us. Hotel Max was awesome and so dog friendly. The dogs got a bed, water bowls, and treats. All the staff every day we were there were AWESOME!! We will be back with our furr babies.
