The location is excellent!
The rooms were tiny. Even just for two people.
Location and bed was comfortable
Our room was ready when we arrived but had to pay an additional $30 if we wanted it. We did pay the $30 as we had a long flight and due to medication needs really needed to be in our room
Lots of room, very clean, staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Location is almost perfect. Atmosphere is a little alt from a conventional hotel which was fun. Rooms were clean if extremely small.
Ultimately, a clean hotel with friendly staff in a great location, but small rooms and other factors made this stay a bit less than ideal.
Front desk did not offer any explanation about the hotel's amenities, even though I asked. No mention of the beer happy hour, morning coffee or the workout room. Parking is a scam at $59/night. We asked in advance for a recommendation on a more affordable option, but they never responded.
Giant exterior heating vent was blowing directly outside our 5th floor window 24/7 so had to wear earplugs while sleeping. Rooms are very small, and the bathroom is even smaller.
Sadly, no in-room amenities, like a small coffee pot, which is just standard these days, and no in-room cleaning service.
Close to downtown and Valet made things much easier.
The building is older so the elevator and rooms are narrow but that’s to be expected.
Just what I needed to be able to stay in the city to work late. The room was small but it worked and I got a kick out of the shower in the closet.
I was initially told I couldn't check in even 30 minutes early, when I asked about it a couple days before my arrival. I was told it would be an additional $50 charge and if I didn't agree, I'd have to get ready for my work event (the purpose of my stay) in their public bathroom since I couldn't use my room. This seemed lame and like they were being ridiculous rule followers, but when I came to check in they had a room and it was no problem.
Good location, close to the light rail, Pike Place, the monorail and Downtown.
A lot of outside noise, despite being on the eighth floor.
立地がものすごく良かったです。
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.
The bathroom has no counter space so I had to apply makeup and do my hair at the desk with my own small mirror
What a great experience. I got to the hotel very early, but I was allowed to check my bags and they offered to text me when the room was ready. I got back to the hotel a couple of hours later, and surprise, the room was ready. I was given a great corner room in the front of the hotel. Alex helped me with directions, secured my bags, and remembered me when it was time to get my bags again. I wish I asked for the girl's name who checked me in, because she was very kind and efficient. The hotel is located in a great area, with numerous restaurants, coffee places, shopping etc, close by. Each floor of the hotel is dedicated to a period in rock n roll. The 5th floor is dedicated to the grunge era. Each door has concert pictures covering it. Rock music plays in the lobby and there is rock memorabilia on the walls. Super cool.
There was quite a bit of noise from outside. Between yelling pedestrians, ambulance/police sirens and honking horns, it was sometimes hard to hear the TV or to talk on the phone. But, it was a saturday night and Seattle is a city, so noise is expected. Interestingly, the hotel provides ear plugs in the room, that I did not have to use to sleep. I either grew accustomed to the noise, or it ended after I fell asleep. I also didn't like that breakfast wasn't served. I do not think there is a restaurant in the hotel. But it wasn't a big deal, I walked 2 blocks to Relish and had a great breakfast off property.
Location was great for what we had planned to do in the city. Staff was excellent. Vibe was spot on. I wish our room was in a different location as we just had a view of the building next door. But we had a great time. Would stay there again
