The staff were super friendly & helpful.
Pros:

The location & convenience of having a reserved park.

Cons:

The level of noise coming from the traffic below & the fact that there is no air conditioning or a fan available in the room. It was lucky I looked at reviews before arrival & decided to bring my own just in case.

Cheap no frills accommodation.
Pros:

It's a decent cheap and cheerful no frills place.

Cons:

No air conditioning, single glazed so can be quite hot and noisy. But balanced with cost you get what you pay for.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Quiet, clean, bed was comfortable. Close to city centre. Nice view over the city.

Cons:

More parking would be good. Bathroom was poorly laid out in our room making it difficult to access. Our daughter's room was in a corner and much better laid out so not all rooms are the same.

It is old and dated but it's not the worst 3 star hotel I have stayed in.
Pros:

Room was large, king bed was more comfy than expected. Located perfectly for dropping off my University Student. I have seen bad reviews about this place but it worked well for a one night stay for me.

Cons:

Curtains need to be replaced as water damaged, noisy but it is in the center of the CBD so that is to be expected. Should have had a fan in my room but the kids room had a fan. Car parks are really tight and hard to get in and out of.

Cons:

You can't see out the windows, they are double glazed and full of condensation inbetween the sheets of glass.
