The price was good ,place.was clean and the staff great
The blinds in the room is ill fitting, light comes in though massive gaps, drafts by windows, let's air and outside noises in. Also no ramp and very difficult to get luggage in. Also no cold water in taps for drinking water
Restaurant wasn't open. Staff are brilliant.
The stipple ceiling was off putting. It collects dust and has asbestos in it.

Very shabby. Tv did not work, light in bathroom did not work. Room was a decent size but very shabby and noisy.
The hotel is a great size and location, excellent, staff are great and good parking. The rooms are comfortable but they could do with a tidy up. New carpet and heating or cooling systems. We book a room each because we dont want to he in each other's faces, so definitley value for money. This is not our first stay here.
There wasnt really anything we didnt like, we just thought the room could do with a bit of a refresh.
The receptionist is the first contact, she’s bright and friendly.

Room was pretty rough but clean. Customer screaming at reception - poor guy on reception - he was very professional though!

There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The windows started leaking when it rained. The room smelt musky and one of the rooms only had 3 pillows whereas the other had 4. I booked for 3 adults and 1 child(2 rooms), however my father was stopped down stairs accused that he wasn’t staying here - I think more courtesy for customers would be great.
El hotel estaba muy bien, muy céntrico. Los empleados fueron super amables en todo momento. Hacía un poco de frío alguna de las noches, pero cuando descubrimos como encender la calefacción estaba todo perfecto ya.
