Pros:

Room was clean but ....and location to Port was good and the front desk for very nice

Cons:

The ceilings look like they had black mold on them and they offered breakfast and when we got there they don't offer breakfast because they were remodeling they said.

Over all the experience wasn't great and we will not be back to that Days Inn location.
Cons:

The first room they tried to give us was absolutely ridden with mold, it was everywhere–the floors, walls, ceiling, the couch, bedsheets and pillow cases and even the lampshades! It was terrible! The staff member wasn't rude but he didn't have much to say when we told him that we couldn't stay in that room, just just took our key card back and reassigned us a different room. The second one appeared clean, but after seeing that first room I was uncomfortable sleeping in the bed.

I choose this hotel because of its convenience, the price wasn't too bad, but you get what you pay f
Pros:

the location was very convenient to where I needed to be. I think the breakfast could have been better, it was nice having variety.

Cons:

I didn't like Breakfast, the beds, our shower was disgusting it had a dirty moldy rusty ring around the shower handle and drain. the rooms smelled musky and damp without the air conditioning running.

Pros:

Great location, near shopping centre place, food and right next to bus stop to take you to airport and downtown jacksonville. Staff were nice and friendly

Cons:

Was a constant dripping of water sound in my room quite loud and was hard to sleep with it bothering me some nights

Pros:

Its by lots of restaurants, stores everything is pretty much in the same area.

Cons:

We ask for towels never got them. Like hotels suppose to have towels for the guest. We had to go ask on two occasions for towels. That's unacceptable.

Cons:

Bed frame stuck out about 4 inches from bed
I tripped on it and cut my leg and bleed all over the floor. I told the person at desk when we checked out and he said he would tell owners. We would appreciate a phone call from management to discuss this.

Pros:

The hotel is old. Laptop was damaged by housekeeping. After staying in hundreds of hotels without ever having an issue I was baffled to come to the room and see my laptop had been stepped on or dropped.

Pros:

Just needed a place to rest and it was close to airport had continental breakfast but stopped serving at 9 and didn’t have much before 9 it was all gone. Took 100 deposit that suppose to get back in few days that was 19th and haven’t seen it returned yet very shady.

Pros:

Price, room was comfortable, lots of hot water, nice tv, great cold ac, handicap parking spot directly in front of room. All room doors are parking lot entry. The management/staff are very friendly and pleasant. Hot breakfast was good and filling. Would stay again.

Cons:

Noisy area on back side of hotel.... Rooms are all exterior entrance from parking lot, which I liked. Other guest outside on sidewalk at their own rooms, talking loud, smoking. Kids outside playing running up/down stairs for a while.
Once every one settled down and returned to their rooms....peaceful sleep.
(Unknown if this is an isolated incident for hotel, this happened during my stay).
Also noteworthy... My original room was on front side of hotel. I was relocated upon requesting a handicap parking. The only available spaces were on the back side of hotel. I appreciated the accommodation of the handicap parking.
