We loved all the care , that was given to my family by Mr Jaideep the manager of this hotel he took extra care so my young family felt at home and comfortable which made my stay very comfortable we thank him and the entire staff

Awesome experience. Clean and well maintained.
Staffs are friendly. Wonderful breakfast.
Location was easily accessible and near to multiple shopping stores.

We can recommend this Hyatt Place Hotel, very good service with good housekeeping staff including supervisor Naresh, one of hotel manager Jaideep reception staff Cristeen , Aljin and Kamal and restaurant staff including Chelli.

Basic needs attention is required by the hotel staff, which was missing. Also seeing the guest numbers, the food menu should be catered accordingly.
1. In food item, idlis were missing during my 5 day stay.
2. Bathrrom glass door was jammed in room No 912 on 19th December 2025.
3.No smoking area inside the hotel, you need to come out from any floor you are staying to the ground.
4.Swimming pool openining timing is from 8 AM, why not at 6 or 6.30 or 7 AM?

Its unbeatable walkability to the historic heart of Old Deira makes it a perfect base for exploring the city’s cultural roots, but it’s the hotel staff who elevate the experience far beyond its prime location. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness stand out, especially Guest Relations Executive Triveni Bansal, whose professionalism and kindness shone through when assisting me with a Hyatt billing question.

While the hotel’s modern rooms, thoughtful facilities, and elegant design are superb, it’s the hotel team’s heartfelt care that makes the property feel like home for weary travelers. This is my second stay—and certainly not my last.

Location is good, near to al-ghurair centre and rooms are clean as well

You should also provide points to guest having Hyatt membership, irrespective of from where they booked the hotel. I booked via travel operator so no points credited for same. But i still stayed in Hyatt hotel and i booked from place where i got less price for same room, this is one of the worst experience related to points

Property is very nice and in the middle of Diera district. Staff is friendly and always ready to help with smile. This place has good vibes.

Good location good service but it can be improved further. Check in and check out very smooth. Cleanliness ok. Breakfast a little bit chaotic but under control. Thanks for your professionalism amongst you staff.

Our recent stay at Hyatt Place Wasl District Dubai was truly spectacular from the moment we checked in to the time of checking out. We booked a 9 night stay full board and we can not thank all the staff enough who made our trip a very enjoyable one. All the staff were extremely courteous, the service was exceptional and the vast array and quality of food was absolutely delicious. We would like to say a very special thanks to Chely, Ali and Aren who all went above and beyond to make our trip a truly memorable one. We will definitely be staying here again for any future visits to Dubai and would highly recommend staying at this hotel to any one planning a visit to Dubai.

Very good and nice hotel and location the staff was very friendly. Parking is also available in the basement. The room cleaning is also very good.

The hotel is very nice, clean and the staff is polite.It is very close to the old town, you go on foot by boat.I recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in this area.

The breakfast area was well-organized, and the staff there were attentive and ensured guests had everything they needed. This review is about the unacceptable behavior of night manager Hamada Shaker at Hyatt, on November 8, 2025, around 12 AM.

After attending an event at the hotel lobby, my family and I helped my sister bring her things up to her room — she was a checked-in guest. We stayed for barely 10–15 minutes when someone knocked. At the door was night manager Hamada Shaker with one security guard, telling us to leave immediately because we weren’t registered guests.

I explained politely that I was just waiting for my brother, who was still downstairs collecting what was left from the event. Instead of showing a bit of understanding, Hamada insisted we wait downstairs — as if we had no right to be in a family member’s room. When I said I preferred to wait inside, he demanded physical IDs only, refusing to accept my official UAE electronic ID. It’s 2025 — every institution in this country accepts electronic Emirates IDs. His reasoning was ridiculous and outdated.

Then, unbelievably, he threatened to call the police. Over what? Sitting in my sister’s room for a few minutes? I never refused to leave; I only said I’d wait until my brother returned. His tone was rude, confrontational, and completely unprofessional. It felt more like harassment than hospitality.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but I’ve never met a manager this arrogant and disrespectful. Hamada Shaker turned a simple situation into an unnecessary scene. If this is the kind of “leadership” Hyatt allows to represent its brand, what a shame. Hyatt is supposed to stand for warmth, respect, and care — that night, we experienced none of it.

One star isn’t enough for this kind of behavior. Hyatt should seriously rethink who they trust to manage guests at night.

Very good Hotel, I love it, They upgraded my room for free of charge, and they let me check in and out early.

Amazing hotel. Stay at Hyatt was very good. All staff were polite and courteous. Location is also good. Breakfast menu could have been better. Many items of the menu was repeated every alternate day and since we stayed for 5 days we had many items repeatedly.
