Pros:

Nice place, very friendly staff - heater just needed to be fixed

Cons:

My heater was very noisy - however maintenance did come look at it but didn’t bring anything to fix it with . Had to turn off the heater at night so I could sleep

Great, clean hotel with friendly staff. You won’t regret picking The Hampton Inn Pullman.
Pros:

The location was excellent. We attended a WSU Cougars game and were able to both walk to the campus as well as use the bus for game night !
The staff were very friendly - from the front counter to cleaning staff. Gavin gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation.
The breakfast was perfect - with some choice but not an overwhelming amount.
We used the gym everyday which was excellent and kept very clean and tidy.
We would 100% recommend this hotel and we would absolutely stay there again. Also beautiful outside seating at the hotel with lots of plants and hibiscus bushes.
Pullman is a great town!

Great
Pros:

The location was perfect for where I need to be and go while I was in town. The room was huge. The hotel restaurant was great.

Cons:

There was a small incident with the elevator the first night, almost thought i was going to be stuck in there. And my second day there, I couldn't find the do not disturb sign and while I was out a cleaners came in and cleaned. The cleaning wasn't the problem but I did have all my belongings in the room with a complete stranger.
