Pros:

Close to supermarket and lots of places to eat. Comfortable bed and good shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I requested extra pillows and they were provided.

It’s very dated and probably wasn’t 4 star worthy in my opinion. It should be 3 star. Noisy at night we were overlooking a courtyard and there was noise all through the night from people outside. Paint chipping on window sill. Mould in shower. Dirt above bed head

Enttäuschend für ein Novotel. Vielleicht kann der Pool im Sommer die Mängel ausgleichen...
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Frühstücksraum ist angenehm eingerichtet, der Kaffee kam zwar vom Automat, schmeckte dafür überraschend gut.
Das Bad sah sauber und relativ neu aus.
Vorteil ist das Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel.

Cons:

Zwar liegt das Hotel sehr zentral aber dafür muss man wissen, dass die Umgebung weder gepflegt noch gut frequentiert oder sicher aussieht.
Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, lag mitten auf dem Teppich eine Tube Lippenbalsam vom Vorgänger; Die Wasserflasche enthielt noch einen Rest Wasser (vermutlich vom Vorgänger).
Das Personal am Empfang ist zwar nicht unangenehm, kann aber nicht als bemüht oder motiviert bezeichnet werden, man kann eher von minimal Aufwand reden...
Als wir da waren, kam ein Gast im Rollstuhl, der feststellen musste, dass entgegen der Informationen von der Internetseite die Zimmer keineswegs barrierefrei sind. Keine Reaktion und keine Empathie, vor allem keine Lösung seitens des Empfangspersonals, als er es verständlicherweise bemängelte! Anscheinend heißt für dieses Hotel; Aufzug- also barrierefrei.... Beim Frühstück kam er auch nicht an alle Sachen ran, was vom Personal gar nicht erst gemerkt wurde+ es gab allgemein kein Tablett, also kam auch keiner auf die Idee, man können ihm eins bringen...
Das aufgeklappte Sofa für unser Kind war dermaßen ungemütlich, dass unser Kind mit in unserem Bett schlafen musste.
Einrichtung im Zimmer war ziemlich altbacken, die Wände sind besonders hässlich verputzt.

Ma chambre offrait une belle vue sur la ville ce matin. C'était adorable !

Le Qr Code dans la chambre pour commander le petit dejeuner ne fonctionne pas. J'aurais raté mon petit déjeuner si je n'avais pas appelé la réception.
