Complessivamente bene in rapporto al prezzo.
Pros:

Posizione veramente OK, colazione ottima ma molto scarsa pe quanto riguarda l'offerta gluten free. Parcheggio eccellente a prezzo più che coretto.

Cons:

Ingresso veramente sciatto nonchè la macchinosità per arrivare alla reception. Non subito intuitivo l'utilizzo degli ascensori le cui cabine sono veramente brutte e non proprio pulite.

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt, kurze Wege zur Kathedrale und zu etlichen Restaurants;Tiefgarage im Untergeschoss mit Aufzug direkt zur Rezeption des Novotel; Pool, Zimmer mit Blick auf die Kathedrale

Pros:

Great location and great staff. Nice pool. Breakfasts correct. However our room was noisy; loud music from outside plus noise coming from the bars. The windows didn't prevent the noise, very strange for a Novotel. I was expecting a better sound insulation

Na het uitchecken, bezochten we nog het byzondere Centre Metz Pompidou.
Pros:

We waren al vaker in Metz geweest, maar ontdekten weer nieuwe facetten.
Mochten we weer naar Metz gaan, dan gaan we zeker weer naar Novotel Metz Centre.
Relaxed verblijf in een prettig hotel. Parkeren in de ondergrondse openbare parkeergarage met directe toegang naar receptie hotel.

Pros:

Die Lage zum Zentrum war super.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt in einem herunter gekommenen Einkaufszentrum. Draußen war es dreckig und ungepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich. Das Hotel ist niemals seine 4 Sterne wert.

Weekend très agréable, il faisait très chaud et la piscine en plein centre ville est un vrai bonheur.

Rien de notable et s'il fallait trouver quelque chose, peut-être, l'état de l'ascenseur dénote avec le reste de l'établissement,

Locatie is top, hoewel je even door het lelijke centre comnercial heen moet.

Cons:

Lelijk gebouw, zwembad was veel te vol, stenig, geen schaduw. Te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Weekend au frais pendant les grosses chaleurs

la piscine super sympa et la fraicheur de la chambre pendant la canicule

Chouette endroit pour visiter Metz , personnel et restaurant au top et piscine bien agréable !
Pros:

Personnel charmant et efficace !
Buffet déjeuner et personnel au top !
Repas au Bar Gourmet impeccable !
L'emplacement est idéal au centre de la ville !

Cons:

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré c'est la déco qui est un peu passée de mode au niveau des chambres et salle de bain mais tout était propre et en état correct !
Pour ma part le seul bémol c'est qu'il n' y avait qu'une prise disponible dans dans la chambre et bien loin des tablettes de nuit ....
Manque également de lumière centrale , il y avait une lampe posée sur le "bureau" mais pas de prise pour la brancher ....
La reception nous a heureusement dépanné avec un multi prises .

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn man sich dann mal in der Sprache vergreift, gibt's nut ein freundliches Lächeln.
Schöne Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume.
Und es gibt einen Pool. Hier kann auch draußen gegessen (und geraucht) werden.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hatte (wie auch in anderen Hotels) Probleme, gegen die max. 43°C anzukämpfen.
Sowohl in den Gemeinschaftsräumen als auch im Zimmer.

Das Hotel hat in der Rezeption 2 Aufzüge.
Der 1 führt hoch in die Zimmer, der andere fuhrt runter, u.a. in die Tiefgarage des umgebenden Einkaufszentrum.
Das heißt man muss ggf. umsteigen. Und da die Aufzüge auch recht klein sind (mit einen Gepäckwagen reicht der Platz dann für keine weitere Person.
Wenn dann alle auschecken wollen kann es halt etwas dauern.
