Had great conversation with the check in staff- man working when we checked in very friendly! And then the female working the night shift, Taylor, was fantastic!! She even went above and beyond to make our stay better! Thx Taylor!!
An Amazing “hidden gem” in a great location…Awesome staff — Ankit, Om and the “hummus goddess” Amber!
Great service and great wings flavor wise…
Want to give a shout out to - Brandon, & Anthony and the new employee Amber !
Great people with a great personality !!
Location was decent.
The side entrance door did not lock, the ice machine was broken on our floor, the exhaust fan was extremely loud in th bathroom.
My girlfriend was ill suffering from food poising and they were very rude and unaccommodating.
The woman on the front desk, believe her name began with a "J. "was extremely rude!
Took my information for another night, then said I had to book on-line.
Ended up getting double billed
B. Davis the G. Mgr. gave us a 0 balance the next day, but only to find out that we were double billed on Sat. and still had to pay for both nights.
We reached out to her several times, voice mail full, left messages with the front desk and emailed with no reply.
Very unprofessional.
Booking.com was no help either just a big run-a-round...
This is not the kind of service you would expect with a Marriot affiliate.
Taylor at the front desk was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. She handled everything quickly and made sure all my questions were answered with a great attitude. Her customer service really stood out and made my stay at Four Points even better. You can tell she truly cares about guests and represents the hotel very well.
There should be better choices. Poor staff. Not full service restaurant. Low end buffet breakfast, no lunch, minimum dinner bar menu. Possible bed bugs.
Location
Very low toilet and wobbled
We randomly popped in as we were on a quick spontaneous trip, and wow.
From the moment we arrived until we were loading back up to leave, the team at the Four Points in Appleton made me feel truly cared for. Felicia and Breanna at the front desk were welcoming, efficient, and kind, exactly the kind of first impression every traveler hopes for. Lisa in the café brought warmth and personality to the morning routine, turning an ordinary breakfast into a bright spot in my day. (And thank goodness!! Talk about a great start to our day!)
And though I was too tired to catch his name, the young man working the night shift on November 6 deserves special recognition as well. His professionalism and calm courtesy made a long travel day end on a high note.
In a world that often feels divided and tense, it’s refreshing to encounter a team that clearly takes pride in their work and in each other. The staff here are a shining example of what great hospitality looks like when people genuinely care about what they do.
Our king room was very nice and seemed recently remodeled. Microwave, fridge, and coffee maker were a nice touch. Walk-in shower was nice and big. A hot breakfast was included in our rate and it was good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. 3 cereal choices plus yogurt.
A first for us: the hotel does provide daily housekeeping. We don't necessarily require it but there is nowhere that tells you that you will return to the same room you left. I asked about this at the front desk and was told, " no we don't do daily housekeeping. Usually if a stay is over 3 days we will send someone up".
Something to keep in mind if you don't want to make your own bed when traveling.
Quiet, comfortable. Coffee good. Hot water and good water pressure for shower.
No advanced notice pool and hot tub not working. One of the reasons we booked this place.
False advertising. Said pool and hot tub were available then once we paid they said it was under construction. Room was filthy, vinyl floor planks were popping up, bathroom door was busted, ac was loud and didn’t cool. Smelled bad. Wouldn’t give us a refund for either of the two nights we booked.
Front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. Dani the bart tender was a JOY to chat with. Room was very comfy. Liked not being right next to the interstate. The exterior grounds could use some TLC. Weeding and new shrubs, etc. Enjoyed my stay and will frequent again.
Wish it included breakfast but can't have everything I suppose!
It was great.
Pretty average corporate hotel; clean and quiet. Had wanted to use the hot tub but the jets were not working. When I told the desk clerk he said "oh, yeah, sorry about that" but did not offer any more, even though I had booked this particular place because it had a hot tub. Sheraton needs a better policy when an advertised feature is not functional. Maybe a free breakfast? I'm so done with corporate hotels but there's often not a lot of other options.
