I was looking for a good stay, and that's what I found!
Pros:

Complimentary (full) Breakfast was awesome!!! Made even better because we were Bonvoy members. (Easy sign-up.)
Rooms cleaned daily, even on weekends.

Cons:

I was not aware of the "mandatory" valet parking, $33 per night fee. Add in the $7.25 gratuity, and that adds up quickly. However, the Valet Guys told me that parking on the street, by the meters, was not monitored on weekends and holidays, so this was a no brainer. Very safe community / area too.
Second issue, fortunately there were only 2 for me, was the shower floor. My room used "raised stones", which my be to reduce slip hazards, but my flat feet did NOT enjoy that experience. Crocs were activated.

My stay was terrific and I can't wait to return
Pros:

The staff at Hotel Duval was excellent. Ashley checked me in and was wonderful. The breakfast was great and the staff made sure keep it hot and full, even a little entertaining. The valet staff gave me recommendations for things to do in the city, which was helpful. The rooftop bar was great as well as the view. I can't wait to visit again.

Pros:

I enjoyed the customer service as well as the valet parking assistance from the staff members downstairs. Everyone was very hospitable throughout the entire trip and made us feel more than welcome to be there.

The property is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Best of all, the staff are absolutely incredible. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome.

Cons:

I really wanted to give this hotel a perfect score because so much of our stay was wonderful.

Unfortunately, a hotel’s main job is to provide a good night's rest, and that is where the experience fell short. The bed in our room gave us one of the worst nights' sleep we've ever had. It wasn't worn out or sagging, but it was just fundamentally, incredibly uncomfortable. It lacked any sort of comfort layer or cushion, making it feel stiff and unforgiving. Both my partner and I tossed and turned all night and woke up completely exhausted with aching backs.

It breaks my heart to leave a mixed review when the front-line team works so hard to create such a great environment. However, a quality mattress is essential for a good stay. I really hope management considers adding mattress toppers or upgrading the bedding to match the 5-star service their staff is providing.

This place could use a major renovation
Pros:

The Valet guys were super friendly both dropping off and for picking up. It was just a one night stay

Cons:

The property is old and dated, room phone didn’t work, world’s smallest bathroom that didn’t feel clean and could really use new beds.
