The staff were amazing and I love the lobby
The room needs remodeling especially the bathroom and it needs more cleaning
The property is in a great location for staying in the Cupertino area during conferences
The main issue was the lack of follow-up from the hotel staff. The bathroom and bathtub in my room were leaking throughout my stay, and I reported the issue to the front desk three separate times. Each time I was told someone would come to inspect or fix it, but no one ever did.
I also had an issue with breakfast service. On one morning, I went down at around 6:15 a.m., after the stated breakfast start time of 6:00 a.m., but I was told breakfast would not be available until 7:00 a.m. This was frustrating, especially with a tight schedule.
What made the experience more disappointing is that I had stayed at this hotel before and had a very positive experience. This time, however, the service felt much less responsive and the overall standard was not what I expected.
The hotel may be convenient in terms of location, but based on this stay, the lack of maintenance follow-up and poor communication made the experience disappointing.

The overall ambiance and decor were pleasant. The breakfast had a variety of options. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. Staff were helpful in switching our room to a room with more comfortable beds.
Sleep number beds were uncomfortable at all numbers. They seemed worn down and didn't adjust properly. The toilet in the 1st room ran constantly, the slide lock on the door in the 2nd room was broken, and multiple facilities appeared to be in need of repair.

Breakfast is ok but no big choice
The air conditioning worked well
The inside rooms stay light all night. They have a roll down blind that is hidden behind the wooden blinds but they are not even close to blackout. And they do not tell you this when they assign rooms.
Also, they have sleep number beds. Not comfortable for me. Some people like them.
Wir waren von den durchgehend freundlichen Menschen an der Rezeption begeistert, die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm, sehr hilfreich, schöner Pool, gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer; schade, dass es so weit weg ist, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Good location, friendly staff, hotel is clean
They clearly is short of resources, sometimes no one comes to clean the room especially during weekend, breakfast foods not restock and ends up people are waiting (milk, eggs, even utensils).
Cheap! Decent beds. Good bar. Breakfast was decent when they finally served it (15 mins late and they left a cold pot of coffee out)
Room smelled like feet. Street facing rooms were a little noisy. Black out curtains didn’t cover the whole window. Room furniture was damaged some outlets didn’t work.
