Not worth $100 a night for non smoking room
Pros:

Nice curb appeal good size refergerator and microwave

Cons:

Dirty inside cigarette holes in bed and bath tub sheets poop stains on bathroom doors dirty floors and doors
Broke toilet and this should be non smoking.
Nobody in front to check in after 5 pm and no room card drop box and nobody in office at 8 am to check out
Wouldn’t recommend

Cons:

The first room i went into they had bugs crawling on the floor loads of them coming through the door. Me and my partner were paranoid the whole night thinking there could be bugs on us and then the next room i couldn’t tell if anything was washed or sanitized i can only hope it was. Just needed a quick place to stay but definitely finding someplace else even if it’s 100 more

Because it was so quiet it was comfortable

Location was alright, property was sketchy
Pros:

I liked that downtown Hayward was near

Cons:

Beds were broken, it smelled like cigarettes, the housekeeper was in our room when we weren’t there. we already had said that we didn’t want cleaning while we were there

We tried to check-out right away. The lobby was locked. The room was dirty with stains on the bed. The room smelled of smoke and weed was very strong. People were working on a car in the parking lot. There were dogs (no dogs allowed) This is not a safe location to stay. Also the sign for the hotel was blocked out. I drove by it at first. Booking.com failed to get my money back. I am Extremely disappointed!
