We tried to check-out right away. The lobby was locked. The room was dirty with stains on the bed. The room smelled of smoke and weed was very strong. People were working on a car in the parking lot. There were dogs (no dogs allowed) This is not a safe location to stay. Also the sign for the hotel was blocked out. I drove by it at first. Booking.com failed to get my money back. I am Extremely disappointed!

Liar, Liars, pants on fire!!!!!

It was an absolutely terrible experience. We were treated with so much disrespect and we were purposely placed in a room that you all knew was in terrible shape. The toilet leaked and ran water into our room the whole time, the TV didn't work at all we were told someone was working on it. That was all bullshit!:You advertise breakfast as a part of the cost of the room and there isn't breakfast provided! Quit lying to your customers take that off your website and off the third party booking sites! What a shameful performance by you all! Shame on you! Terrible business practices!

I think I was charge too much for a nasty room
Cons:

It was dirty, stains all over the wall, smelly, blanket, stained towels, nasty when you flush the toilet water come out from under it all on the floor.

The room was terrible. The floors were so water damaged they were buckled. The sheet had cigarette burns. Coffee maker in the bathroom no coffee to go in it. No toiletries as posted. No breakfast as stated. Blood stains on the wall. The office chair was stripped of the fabric. No cups or ice bucket. The room was not acceptable at all. The things we seen in the parking lot were very scary. So we could not stay there. Of course we list our money which I don't think is fair. Due to the false advertisement I was led to believe on your site. I've used your site for years and probably will never use it again.
