I loved the location, how friendly and professional the staff were, and the overall calm, upscale atmosphere.

Cons:

The shower head was pretty loud and kept squeaking, and in the morning the water wasn’t hot, just kind of warm. I was okay with it, but my wife definitely didn’t like it.

Cons:

Didn’t clean the room in my 3 night stay, elevators feel like they are about to breakdown, staff is rude and likes to assume you’re lying.

Very disappointed
Pros:

This was a convenient location for the training I had and my client visit. The lobby area was clean and was a great atmosphere during happy hour, which was a great perk. My room could have used some updates for sure. The light next to the bed did not work, they fixed it when I mentioned it. I stayed 2 days and didn't necessarily expect a room refresh however they went in my room while I was gone on day 2, fixed the light and folded the triangles on the toilet paper BUT DID NOT TAKE THE TRASH I HAD COMBINED BY THE DOOR or the dirty plate from the sink. They literally only folded the toilet paper and changed a light bulb. I just find it weird that they did the toilet paper so they were exploring my room and not just changing the light bulb, but didn't take the trash. When I arrived the restaurant wasn't open so I grabbed a frozen pizza from the little "store" for $10. It was smaller than a dessert plate. I asked for a plate to microwave it on and had to answer 50 questions before I could get one. The elevators were interesting... one opened so slow and creaked the entire time it was opening. The other the door opened and closed so fast you had to jump in. Even though I had read online that there was a hot tub, that is not the case. I called when I was on the train to let them know that I was arriving earlier than expected and asked if I would be able to check in and they said they couldn't guarantee an early check in. When I arrived they said yes we have rooms ready and I could have early check in but they charged me $50 to check it at 1 pm. For the price of the stay I was disappointed and will not go back to this location.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay the staff was very knowledgeable about everything the hotel offers Jenn was awesome very friendly rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was pretty tasty as well felt like a family oriented atmosphere

Not very friendly
Pros:

We visited for one night as a staycation with our family of 5. We used points to book our stay and felt the staff wasn't very friendly and almost seemed annoyed. The bartender wasn't very friendly nor was the gentleman at the breakfast. No smiles on their faces. The front desk staff was nice but we felt like a bother to the rest of the staff.

The room was so spacious and out of the way! Bed was so comfy enough room for everyone.

Cons:

The breakfast isn’t what it use to be. There were no pancakes,French toast or bacon on a Sunday morning. It was so busy and everyone only had the options for omelets,cereal,waffles,fruit. The pool was cold as well my 1 year old only lasted 10-15 minutes before crying to get out.
