Great location and a great stay, but the hotel felt like it could use some renovations
Pros:

Breakfast was phenomenal. Fresh omelettes made to order, waffles and a full buffet of anything you'd like. Saturday had even more options which expanded even outside the breakfast area. I was thoroughly impressed.

Cons:

The quality of some of the food was a little lacking. French toast on Saturday ended up being stale and didn't taste like much. Quantity over quality here, but overall a great selection.

All Elevators were not working. The Elevators were slow. Bathroom tub and toilet were broken.

Nice stay
Pros:

Staff/personnel very nice and pleasant. Bed very comfortable. Room clean. Breakfast was very acceptable. Welcome bar event was nice. Bartender from Hawaii was super nice, sorry I forget his name.

Cons:

Fridge was on floor, very awkward to access. Fridge was poor quality, froze some of my food that had to be discarded as not edible after that. Carpet was worn, ugly and dirty looking but it was "clean" or vacuumed.
