Clean

Cons:

Lacks amenities and the ones they have such as internet and pillows seem low quality. Also paying for parking. They also only have one exit for people so if you plan on walking its inconvenient.

Experience and overall service
Pros:

Great location and if you need someone to oversee your event speak with and make sure to work with Yumani and ask for the younger girl and guy that helps him out as they are very attentive and quick

Friendly Staff and deliscious food
Pros:

Everything was perfect - as usual. The staff are sooo friendly and pleasent! I stay here every time I go to the Tech Center. The breakfast buffet is tasty and has a lot of choices! The bed was made so well, a quarter could bounce off it!

Every staff person I had contact with was great! Friendly and helpful.
Pros:

It was very nice.

Cons:

Parking. When someone asks about parking they were good about showing how it worked, but not where the Hyatt parking garage is. There are 3 in the vicinity and unless you drive around the building you don’t see the sign for the parking garage. Pleas add a bit more to the parking information.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

My wife and I had a great stay. The staff was fantastic. Our room had a great view and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed it.
