It's really not near anywhere such as convenience stores closest one was almost a mile away 7-Eleven but the convenience store in the hotel closed early on a Sunday

Great hotel in a great DTC location.
Pros:

Great hotel with hospitable staff. One of the few places with a sauna, in addition to the indoor pool. Rooms were clean and everything was well maintained.

Perfect for our Denver overnight
Pros:

Lovely property, helpful and friendly associates, affordable parking, delicious breakfast, spacious and clean room, super comfy bed, close to the venue where we went for a live show. Highly recommend this DTC location!

Nice clean hotel
Pros:

The staff was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. Its location was also a big plus: close to the office and within walking distance of several great dining options. I would definitely stay here again.

Solid Stay in Denver Tech Center
Pros:

Overall a pleasant experience while staying on business. Well-appointed gym, nice food selection, and clean accommodations were among the highlights of my short, but enjoyable stay.

Won’t stay again! I am very disappointed in the Hyatt.
Pros:

The property is close to the airport and provides shuttle services, which are great!

Cons:

We had to switch rooms three times( room 8) the heat didn’t work (room 9) the heating system was whistling and blowing air from the outside ( room 112) was close to the elevator and everytime someone used it which was literally every 10 minutes it made a loud noise. When I advised the front desk he stated “well no one else is complaining about the noise only you”.
