Everything! it was gross and out dated the picture should be removed for false advertising. Towels were worn out and thin. Bedding had cigaret marks all over and I was charged even more for my pets even though I payed more for the “pet friendly” room online. Biggest scam I ever fell for. Kids were playing behind the desk place felt like a zoo not professional or relaxing in any way! Super unwelcoming when walking in I thought I was going to get mugged. I payed way too much for this place.

The combination light/bathroom fan in our first room was so incredibly loud we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we only got 2 very thin bath towels and 2 thin hand towels and only 1 wash cloth. Also, only 1 small bar of soap. They definitely need new towels. Also, they need black out curtains. The lights outside kept us up and was hard to sleep. Breakfast was disappointing. I would not book another stay at this hotel.

The whole place smelled terrible, musty, damp, and was dirty. Looking at the staff it was easy to see why. Most of the staff didn't look like personal hygiene was particularly important to them in any way and smelled like it as well. The rooms were not very clean at all, including spatters of what I didn't even want to know what it was or investigate, since it looked like human crap. Language barrier with the staff was nearly consistent except for one person who was physically unable to move above a snail's pace. Quality inns and suites should do a better background check on their ownership and management staff.

The room Wes nasty shower rod all tore out water went out the shower curtain tissue under chair bible was all water logged and destroyed wall is all tore up smelt very musty and moldy in the room the laundry basket in the pool looks like it was from the dumpster after it was ran over not very impressed at all

Everything. We left after the first night as it was so gross and black mold all over in our room from the bathroom to the ac unit. Etc. Also the tv didn't work, fan in the bathroom didn't work. Just all around dirty, gross, and not in working order.

Extremely out of date, old, our room smelled terrible. Bathroom was so out of date, walls dirty, sink disgusting, chair was so old fabric was worn off and missing. Our sheets had cigarette burn/holes in them.

1) Entry door frame was loose, so door wasn't completely secure.
2) Furniture was poor quality... Dresser and Side cabinets has drawers that wouldn't stay closed/open after closing/Ghosts?
Desk chair was damaged so difficult for posture. Lounge chair arms were broken/caved in/very uncomfortable
3) Bed mattress was hard as a rock! No box frame. Mattress was set on a metal frame, that was oversized (for a King mattress) which caused me to stub my toe(s) or bang my shin whenever I approached the bed!
4) TV did not operate (no signal) upon arrival. Two separate employees needed to fix issue. (Bad box?)
5) Faint odor, similar to cat urine.
6) No actual curtains to block light from the neighboring Hotel parking lot lights and building signage. Only had thin see thru shades.
7) Continental Breakfast... at about 7:30 AM... Coffee machine broken, no hot foods (empty) few slices of bread, fairly empty cereal bins, no fresh fruit, watery apple juice, etc. About 8 other guests trying to scape up something "safe" to eat. One of them called the phone at the (empty) Front Desk to get somebody to help.
Overall, a very poor experience!!

The rooms are not clean and the hotel is very shabby. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There was no shampoo, the phone in the room was filthy and it looked like no one cleans behind the toilet paper dispenser.

there was no shampoo in the shower, there were no shower towels in the bathroom. I had to make a point of going to the front desk to get some. The front door would not open in the morning.

Hall had pungent odor. . Spyder in bathroom.. The breakfast was limited. The coffee was undrinkable. General conditions of the facility was old and run down. Can't believe Choice hotel would put their name to it.

Upon entering it appeared staff allows family to include a ton of young children to run around. Front desk person took forever to come to lobby. Phone to call front desk was gross and filthy. We checked in and got our room. On the way the floor in the lobby and hallways was filthy and stained. It had a terrible smell throughout the whole hotel. We got to our room and it wasn’t even cleaned yet. Went to the front desk and cancelled the stay with a promise that our refund would be the next day. It took over a week and 3 phone calls to get a refund.

Shallow pool....but good for kids.
